I have always loved them and still love them! The staff are always the best most courteous always acknowledge people as they walk in and are so fast to help you out and know what your looking for. Today’s is my sons bday. I could have went anywhere but I went to the mall. The mall closes at 7. This store decides to make its own hours. 645 and the store is already shut down. I had 15 min. Instead I went somewhere else. And they got it done and my money. Will never give my money to piercing pagoda again.

I got my ears Pierced and the earring was so tight that the earring itself ( where the diamond is) is imprinted in my ear. I have a big hole in my ear

I walked in the store inside the brass mill center today to get my sons ears pierced. The 2 girls in the store were doing NOTHING but sitting there listening to music. They explained everything is by appointment now which I completely understand with the virus..but then she says she fully booked for the night..like im sure shes getting a swamped with calls for freaking ear piercings..ridiculous

Bought a necklace, went back to return it because I wasn’t liking how thin it felt and the lady was very rude when I went to return it . On top of that she tried giving me less money back for the chain . After confronting her she gave me more money back BUT still was off 7$ . I didn’t complain I just left because the woman was clearly unprofessional. Will never go to the store again, the food court is where all the nice workers are . Don’t waste your time at the store .

Horrible! personal has no clue...i bought a nose ring with insurance because their stones all way fall.. after 5 months the stone fell out and they would not honor the insurance....said I needed to produce the package of 3 it came in with...however after 5 months i no longer had one of them...the insurance is bull dont get it! Dont buy here ...one employ said one thing and another something else!

Had a good experience with another employee, but for Jamie it wasn’t. Gave me attitude even when she wasn’t the person that was helping me. When I called back to speak to the manager she picked up the phone and said the manager was busy. After I asked who picked up the phone she hung up. I went back to resolve the problem. Overall not worth going back if she is there.
