Do NOT go here i dropped my phone off last Monday to to be fixed, I was told it would take 30 minutes . 30 minutes later and the store is closed with a pole in front of it, I come back every day for a week and they’re closed I try contacting the store and nobody answers along with the terrible customer service there is trash stacked high inside the tiny store please do not waste your time with this store worst repair place ever!!

I highly recommend this cell phone store for all of your repair needs in Waterbury. Frankie is one of the prepaid pioneers of this city. Its no wonder he is always so busy.

Most unprofessional organization i have ever had the misfortune to come across. The owner Frank his workers to treat his customer with zero respect and to use profanity towards his customers. Furthermore, the protective products they sell are useless and they will not listen to you or try to help when the junk they sell are not functional. I was referred to them by Sprint. Will be complaining to them about this company. Find another one for any needed services. If there was a negative star thats what I would give them.

Honestly paying your bill is a complete hassle, sometimes he is there other days he is not. Seems like they are just open whenever they feel like it. There are no set hours and everytime you try to look to see if they are open the sign always says open and the lights are always on, so you have physically get out of your car to check and most of the time they are closed. Ive asked on multiple occasions if there are any other forms to pay, (ie. paying it myself online) and they come up with some sort of excuse that the option is not available. Steer clear if you can, affordable phone options are available, but Im not sure the hassle just to pay for the monthly service is worth it.

The wait to pay my bill is always long, Some days the store looks open but its not and other days you show up and the guys on break so you end up waiting an hour wouldnt recommend to anyone

Never again. He Broke my phone after the repair and he wouldn’t fix it. Now I gotta buy a new phone because they don’t know how to fix phones
