I got my Nike Air Max 270’s in the very color I was looking for sold out everywhere else and at a great price! Service with a smile as well everyone was nice and willing to help. I traveled from New Haven and won’t hesitate to return to this Champs location in the Brass Mill Mall. 😍

Love the store clothes,shoes,etc.. although very expensive Id only buy shoes here. Would never spend $30+ on shirt $50+ on pants/sweats

Truly disgusted by the way we were treated by Champs at the Brass Mill Mall. I came in here with my mother and attempted to buy new sneakers for gym/running. I told the male worker several times that I just wanted the sneaker and nothing else. My mother also told the male worker the same thing, that we were short on time and just needed the sneaker and not the additional merchandise that he was trying to sell us. He still tried desperately tried approximately 3-5 times. At this point he clearly became upset that we refused the additional merchandise that he kept trying to sell. We left the store and told him Thank You. I guess these workers are trained to be rude and unprofessional when people refuse to buy their un-needed and unasked merchandise we will not be returning to this location. He lost a sale by being too pushy.

Sometimes they got cheaper sneakers than Finish Line.
