Found my sneakers but they tried to pull a fast one on me 🤷🏽‍♂️🤣🤣

Ordered online Sunday night said it would be ready in hours. Tuesday called store to see what the status was my number was taken while they located my order and 30 min later received a refund and email stating they were sold out nobody ever called me back.

It was so comfortable the employees were so talkative but in a good way. It was like having a conversation with friends.

The manager was absolutely amazing and helped me when it would have been much easier to send me away. Great customer service.

Poor customer service by the manager. I attempted to buy new running sneakers. The male worker showed me 2 pairs & then kept trying to sell me merchandise that I did not need, at this point when I refused the un-needed merchandise & told him Im not interested it became apparent that he was frustrated. The male manager does not value customer service at all his primary goal is to push un-needed merchandise. he then later said we will not find an entry level running shoe at the brass mill mall.

Was on hold for 45 minutes and hung up and tried to call again for the next 30 minutes and they kept the phone off the hook. All I needed to ask was a yes or no question that wouldve taken 1 minute
