It took forever to get someone in the jewelry department. Paged 3 tines and had 3 different employees page over their walkies. There was 4 different customers standing there for help. Outside of that I was able to find everything else I was looking for with ease. Very clean store. Lines werent too bad when I went it.

It’s the worst store for you to ever call! Customer service is a 0 no one picks up the phone from the store manager tight to the tire shop which is much worse short staffed and if they pick up the phone it’s after an hour plus if they pick up!!!Horrible experience I have been going this for 20 years now but need tires there because the technicians do good work! They hang up on you also so you have to start all over again the operator once she sees you calling more then 3 times she does not pick up either!!!

I usually do not have the patience for this Walmart but at least today they made me happy. It’s usually crowded, shelves barely stocked, and 1 line open. Today was kind of smooth and I’m grateful for that. Some of the staff are as ghetto as the shoppers. Last year a cashier tried to scam me by adding the customer in front of me items to my receipt! Never seen anything like it and definitely ran up on her in the parking lot. The manager that handled it is definitely one of my favs! They have a bunch of good employees but the store needs some love. Today is my Baby’s birthday and I am happy to say they had several to chose from. I definitely will be back cuz it’s so convenient.

We got a really good deal on camping gear. It seemed like we were going to be lingering in a line but it moved very nicely, a steady pace. So we were in and out kind of quickly so we could continue our day. The cashier was very pleasant as she checked us out. Thank you.

Always helpful employees when asked for assistance. Store was very low on quite a lot of items.I do know why.

I was very difficult to find the curbside pickup and the pick-up in the store. The in store signs were horrible and no signs outside directing customers towards curbside. The staff was not very helpful and the store was not that clean.

Not too much of a variety. Also they don’t have plenty of really small or really large sizes. The cashiers were very slow. They charge $.10 for each plastic bag. There is no frozen food or supermarket food at this Walmart.

Seth is amazing! His customer service is outstanding! He demonstrates the utmost kindness, efficiency, and customer service. He is the definition of Manager and makes Walmart great here in Waterbury. Thank you for the amazing experience!

I swear this Wallys has everything!!! One stop shop for all of my needs, any day, any time. Any occasion/event, big or small, they for it all!!!Your best bet it to go it alone though. Meaning, search on your own knowledge and last resort asking an employee. This is where the store lacks a little but like most, theres a small bunch of great ones scattered about.Easy to get to and is close to everything else you need. Because only other thing this Wallys is missing, is some produce. They do have a great frozen and non perishable food selection.

Walmart is my favorite store, I always find things I need for such an affordable price!!! Love my Walmart!

Tried calling here 5 times over 3 days and no one ever answered the phone even though it rang upwards of 10 minutes each time. I needed information on tires so decided to drive there which took 35 minutes to get there. Once there, I was told that only the tire section manager could answer my question, and he should be back at the store in about 10 minutes. I waited for over an hour and he never showed up so I left with no answers to my questions. I explained to staff how many times I tried calling and the waisted time I put in driving back and forth, but it made no difference. Bottom line is they could care less. You might save a buck or two if you ever get to the point of buying at this store, but youll pay for that savings with the lining of your stomach. CRAZY.

I asked several staff for help and they pointed me to where I needed to go instead of helping me find my item.

Avoid this specific Walmart at ALL COSTS.You will regret going here. Its incredibly trashy. The lines are always ridiculously long. They say they are out of stock on stuff, yet it says otherwise on their website and the app. Just do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. Heck... Even the Hartford location is better than this.

In thr photo and video dept they are mainly catering to online buyers now. Dont expect them to have anything in stock. They have no cameras at all.

The store opens at 7 a.m. so that’s a plus for when I have to get something right after work. The store wasn’t busy, but there wasn’t any cashiers either. (Maybe because of the storm)So everyone had to go to a self service station. However no one was there to help with the stations either so we ended up waiting. I eventually had to go all the way down to this little door and ring the bell. The guys badge had coach on it, but I didn’t get his name. He was very friendly and came to help me and the other people that needed help as well. I don’t believe it was his actual position, but he did it none the less. So I really appreciate that. The store was clean. The hours are good and it’s convenient. 👍

Was disappointed not more skeins of the kind of yarn I went for. Other than that shopping was good. Oh, but the ladies bathroom was gross

I just had to wait 45 minutes for someone in the store to find the key to open the razor case.1-the key is supposed to stay at the store.2- no customer should have to wait that long for an associate to open a case.3- management needs to treat the employees better.4- Walmart..... do better

Visited the auto repair center in Waterbury earlier this morning due to needing a car battery. Not only was the price better than expected, but more importantly to me was how friendly and courteous the two techs were at the counter. Very professional, very knowledgeable, but also gracious and patient as they provided assistance to someone who runs for cover the moment the hood of a vehicle is propped open. I regret not having gotten their names, but Id recommend giving them a visit if your vehicle needs attention. Kudos to both techs who assisted me this morning, 12/30!

Came for an oil change and met the cashier Heidiynes who with her loving care way made the visit a wonderful experience! It is employees with a positive attitude like Heidiynes who makes the change. The line to the service desk was 25 people deep it was frustrating but the girls at the desk were working so hard it was very nice to see it went really quick. I just had allt of trouble e sending money to Nevada. I think there was something wrong with the computers that they made me go get the money back and wouldnt let me people on the other end pick it up.

Theres nothing ever all the ails are always empty. U ask for help and can never find Noone...

I went to Walmart for eye glasses.The people,Steve,Fernando and 2 other employees were excellent. They knew what they were doing as well as being very pleasant.Thanks for choosing such a nice staff.The prices were less than a few other places I went also

I did curbside pickup. Waited for 20 mins after checking in online, called the number on the sign, called the store, with no response. Parked my car and brought my 5 year old in the store which i didnt want to because of covid which is why i chose curbside pickup. There was no clearly marked area to pickup. I had to walk around the entire store before asking someone where it was. It was in the garden center which is never where id think to look. I approached the worker obviously upset at this point and told him what was wrong. He asked if i was the car he saw waiting for awhile in pickup and asked if i called the number on the sign? I explained how i called numerous numbers without a response. He tried calling the number and WOW, no one answered!!!!! Then he tells me he has to go look for the girl and to wait there. FINALLY, this girl appears laughing like nothing is wrong. I immediately start to complain about how i have been now waiting for 45 mins for my items and had to bring my son in the store to find her. First off, she admits to not having the phone on her, says serving pickup isnt her only job, and that based on when i checked in, it was only 40 mins not 45!!! Are you freaking kidding me? 40 MINUTES!!!!!! THAT IS AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF TIME!!!!! I go to other Wal-Marts all the time and do pickup and its great! I will NEVER EVER, go to this Wal-Mart again! They just lost a customer due to a poor worker who didnt want to do her job.

Order online to pick up at the store, received an email thanking me for picking up my item, but I didn’t picked up my merchandise was given to someone else. Call online Walmart and received a refund. Called Waterbury Walmart asked to speak to a manager was on hold for 12 minutes, hung up call again ask for a manager waited 10 minutes. Finally someone answer took my info and was disconnected. So unprofessional this is why a shop at Southington Walmart they ask for ID’s, Target and Kohl’s do as well. Unbelievable

Cashiers are usually friendly, the store is kind of clean, half of associates know the answer when asked about the location of items and the deals are generally good, especially if you buy in bulk. This store has a nails place. There is a Subway too but this makes the entire store very smelly.

Walmart is my favorite store I never have a problem finding anything I need me and my husband like going to Walmart at least once a week the rollbacks are great too!! One thing I love about Walmart the most that’s it’s a family store even when I go visit my family out of town we always make it a point to go to Walmart my granddaughter is only 2pk almost 3 we ask her what store does she want to go to and she always says Walmart clear as day thanks Walmart for always being there.

Walmart is great! Its a great place to shop, its choices of items are diversified and the prices are unbeatable.

I assume this.is the one in Naugatuck Ct. The place is really nice. They have more options than the one in Waterbury. You can shop in it like if you were in a food supermarket beside the regular stuff. They also offer places inside the shop where you can buy cooked food prepared for you to eat them as soon as you get out of the building. Not sure about their vehicle service, like the one they do have in Waterbury.

My family and I go to Walmart for all our essentials and we really like it. The only thing is. I am not capable of walking around and I need their motor basket to shop, but its hard to get one and when you do you need to charge them. Otherwise I have no problem....

Purchase something to be picked up in the store. Waited 20 minutes nobody showed up at the pickup center and there was a line of people waiting before me as well. There is absolutely no convenience shopping for something online and picking it up in the store. Much faster and easier doing it all yourself

This place needs to just be demolished. The people here are unbelievable. There were TWO cashiers open and about 1000 people trying to ring out. The “express” line had about ten people with full carts, employees said nothing. Hardly anyone wearing masks, and the cashier told me that their manager tells them not to “argue with customers” about the masks and about the 20 item limit in express. So basically their manager doesn’t care about anyone’s safety, doesn’t care about corona, and definitely doesn’t care about controlling crowds of people. Really great leadership. Good job Walmart

Went here to have my oil changed and the team was so helpful. I bought wipers and i got the wrong ones and Jorgie caught it and made sure I had the right ones and they put them on for me for free. Also answered all my questions and told me if I had more questions call or come back. Very happy I will be going back here for my oil changes..

Went to Waterbury Walmart today around 3:30pm. Super busy, but gentleman at the front of the store offered help. Nice! School supplies were at the front of the store but I was looking for items that werent there. He asked another very pleasant gentleman who went out of his way to help me locate it. Nice again! Turned out to be in the stationary section. I was in and out in no time. Another plus with todays visit was the cashier in the express isle who actually not only spoke to me, but was friendly. Thumbs up!

Walmart like most big stores never have enough salespeople on the floor to help customers. I usually have to walk around asking for help and when I finally find someone they apologize they are from another department.

Staff/Associates/Members they just don’t care. Online says this is a FED EX Drop Location. 6 people I asked and none had an answer and left.No real market. The grocery section is non existent. Not sure if this is due to location, but I prefer to drive to Naugatuck to the better Walmart where people are friendly and they actually have stuff
