I live in Massachusetts and travel for work often. I pulled a wire outOf one of my hearing aids and figured I’d stop by with no appointment and see if the Ear Dr could fix it easily or tell me when hat I needed to send it out for repair. Adrienne, the ear Dr. took it in he back and handed it to me 3 minutes later. I thought that was awesome! Thank you Adrienne for taking time out of your day to help me hear fully again and not have to wait weeks with only hearing out of 1 ear. You rock!

I had a hearing test done. It went well except the issue I came there for wasnt addressed, but what can you do in a free consultation. Also it states that they open at 9am, but the receptionist said they really open at 10am. I think they should decide and post on Google when they really open. Because of this mistake I wasnt able to get my records for another appt.
