Great service today. Went to get a 20cf nitrogen tank. Salesperson explained options and sold me tank in 5 mins. Excellent.

Great customer service, the guys are always smiling and will go out of their way for the customers. I’m surprised they have negative reviews on here.

I have never delt with such poor customer service. Been to store three times to spend money all three times I’ve been turned away the employees there can’t sell me what I want. I have had welder and torches for year air gas took over my tank lease from another company buy out. Miss the old company!Went in 1st time for a part for a welder with part number, was told didn’t have in stock and that I should order on line. 2nd time went to get oxygen and acetylene bottles swapped out was told that there wasn’t the right size in stock and they would have next day. Next day 3rd time now go in a bit of an attitude from counter guy weather I have an account, looks at tanks and tells me they don’t have any in that size all are sent out today empty and won’t be back until Monday. I was going to buy welder wire and some other supplies but I think I’m going to find a new supplier.If I could give no stars I would google won’t let me. Brian H Davis.
