Ive had a unit for about 1 year and just recently added a parking space. Ashley and Donald are top notch with servicing. Place is always kept clean. I highly recommend.

Ive been a customer here for years before it became Life Storage. No problems since but recently my concern is the gates left open overnight on different occasions. Gates on both sides were open when i pulled in and still open half an hr later when i leave.

Sadly i had to change my review to extremely poor. I never had an issue with this place before till fairly recently. I had to throw away quite a bit of my furniture and stuff i couldnt replace cause it use to be my moms stuff. It all got very badly mold damage and when i made an insurance claim i only got $400 out of it. I had to throw away my couch and recliner as well and an area rug. If any of you use this place please be careful and check on your stuff. Oh and i forgot to take pictures of the moisture on the ground as well.. Im never using them again. Even walking past others units you can see the condensation on them.

Best customer service I have experienced from a storage facility. The young man in the office was very informative and friendly. He ultimately did not have a space that fit my needs but he still gave me a tour and showed me the spaces he did have available. I will definitely be back here if I need storage again.

Hello my Name is James. I rented two spaces on the second floor at life storage. The call taker told me one 10x10 unit would fit my things. After purchasing the first unit with the first month free I thought it was all good. Anyone knows that when youre selling a house youve lived in for a while you truly dont know how much stuff youve acquired. I would frequently pick up screws and small sharp objects off the driveway parking area. They had cars there where the tires were flat and glued to the pavement and forget about getting a trailer around the back. The units are over priced and small. There was also a lot of strange activity going on at this location. Very shady like you would unlock the gate and people on foot would walk through with backpacks type shady. Beware of this place and find a better, cleaner and more affordable option. Paul was not very kind to me and I truly want the reader to know this. Blessings to you in Moshiach.

As someone who is relocating cross country it was a pleasure to have such an accommodating and friendly staff welcome and assist us with our entire registration process. Liz went above and beyond to ensure the best size, location, and fees for our reserved unit. While moving in she also checked back in to ensure everything was going well. If you’re looking for a place to store your life- ask for Liz you’ll be in great hands!

I was downsizing my unit in Bristol and Paul from Waterbury was filling in for the day. He was so very helpful and and was already aware of my plans the moment I mentioned my name due to Liz that had made my arrangements days prior. His kindness and professionalism was very welcoming during that stressful time. Its a great location that employs real professionals.

My Husband and I have been storing here for 7 years. So weve been through a lot of managers. Paul has been great since hes been here. Always willing to help out in anyway he can. Today he helped us out in a big way by moving us into a different storage which saved us over 100 dollars a month. We were going to leave after this month but after talking to Paul and seeing the bigger space we decided to stay. With customer service like this I have no problem recommending this company to my friends and family.
