I went there because their page said they fix flat,well after getting there,I noticed 2 guys sitting on the other side,so I drove around and they disappeared,I found one,he said talk to the other,anyway the one told me they were waiting on 2 cars to show up,never happen,I waited 15mins and then he said I can schedule an appointment? I got a flat right now! This is about 2:45pm on a Sunday,no one was there except me,I really felt some kind of way because Im Black! Conclusion,I had to drive away on a flat.

I usually go to Firestone but they recommended tires plus as their accounts are linked together to get in sooner. I liked the tires plus app to get my history and set appointments but I don’t think the front desk gave a fair representation on anything but the most expensive oil change. Many companies are relaxing their mask requirement but desk made it a point to make me put mine on with 2 people in the store. Then I had something small in my car and decided to toss it in the dumpster behind the shop then a technician said that’s not a public dumpster and I felt a little insulted after being talked into the most expensive oil change when if I took it into the store I’m sure I could have thrown it away their.

Went to tires plus for 4 new tires and only went there because it was a good price on the tires. Once I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed huge scratches on my rims and when I told the employees they told me it was “my driving”. I never seen or had huge scratches and if they saw something that I did not. I would have appreciate a phone call letting me know!

Front desk was ok. I went to back to see what they were doing with my car and I cant because they have a piece of cardboard up so you cant see what is going on.bThis makes me feel nervous about them working on my car when I cant see what they are doing to it.

Should not have to buy a player card to get senior discount at buffet!

The customer service here in Waterloo is incredibly better Sioux Falls. They are happy and friendly. They are knowledgeable and not scared to converse. Also they did an excellent job of keeping me updated. I wish every place was like this.

They came out telling me it would cost almost 200.00 to fix and align my car took it to dealer had it checked found nothing wrong alignment cost us 90.00 was no parts needed

Excellent service and went above and beyond!They were short staff but still managed to get me in right before closing and made calls to get what I needed. Zach and the other employee (sorry forgot her name) were both making calls while looking up the item I needed! Great customer service and will go back when needed!

I am giving the Waterloo location a 1 star rating. I had to choose this location first because I came from Cedar Rapids during the power outage to get a tired fixed for a friend who was helping with clean up. I came up on a Wednesday late afternoon and website says open until 7pm, get there and sign on the door says “Sorry for the inconvenience store closing at 4pm today.” Okay I thought, I am staying with my parents tonight anyways, I can wake up early and do it tomorrow. I get there pretty much right when they open at 7am drop it off and was told 11am they will get to it. I call around 1 to see if it is done and they said no, it will be done by the end the day! This situation has been so frustrating.

Went in for an alinement, was told they couldn’t do it because “all of my front end steering components needed replacement.” They wrote up a $3,000 bill, which was $1,500 in parts $1,500 in labor. I took it to another shop who actually know what they were doing, and they said there wasn’t a thing wrong with my truck. If someone wasn’t smart enough to not trust these kids then they could’ve made a $3,000 mistake.

Zach did a great job! He was extremely helpful with everyone who came and called in during my 60+ minutes there. The store was extremely short staffed, but Zach remained calm, friendly and helpful throughout. This level of service doesnt routinely happen these days.

These guys here know their stuff very professional and knowledgeable know the manager Zach personally keeps the store running smoothly I highly recommend the services

GOOD PLACEI was in town for a job and needed to have some front-end work done on my truck plus 2 front tires. They did a great job at a decent price. treated me like family. I do not live there/ I do not know anybody in that town but felt very comfortable at there price and at their quality of workmanship. I would go back there !

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I Went in for an oil change, I have a Volkswagen Jetta. My oil change was $100!! They also were supposed to check my fluids and according to them they were all up to date. Went and checked them for myself, because I had some lights on indicating my fluids were low. Almost all of my fluids were at the minimum. My stepdad went in to talk to them about the price being so high for the oil change and they said that it was because it was a foreign car, they refused to refund ANYTHING back. Im not the type of person to complain EVER (hence why my stepdad went back in for me) but if you don’t know much about cars DO NOT GO HERE. They take advantage of people that don’t have much knowledge on cars.

I called up a few days ago and ask how much would my rear brakes front brakes rear rotors and front rotors cost he told me about $1,400 - 100 discount on my vehicle I called boubin and ask how much would it cost to do the same work on my vehicle and they wanted $782 and that was tax included tire plus needs to close....

Took damn near 3 hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced for an appointment that I had setup 2 weeks in advance.They were pretty accommodating though and took $100 off my $1200 bill for the the inconvenience. So, for being one of the few places to actually value the customers time, Ill give them a 4.

Came in 20 minutes early for a patch... (made an appointment!) took them literally 2.5 HOURS for a 15 minute job. Plus the lady at the front counter would leave and not be back for more than 20 minutes each time leaving the phone constantly ringing off the hook. A man came in and waiting 20 minutes just to make an appointment himself. And then they tried keeping our spare tire. Also was able to twist off the lug nuts with my bare fingers. Never again will come here.

The team at tires plus has it figured out.. yea some days it takes them longer than others to get your car in and out but thats how the business goes cars are not the easiest things to work on and some take longer than others. but they have never done me wrong. they do what i ask when i bring my car in and dont try to oversell me on things i dont need and they also offer good advise on where to take my car if they are not able to do the repairs im in need like when my exhaust needed repaired and they werent able to do the repair they send me to another local shop that was able to make it good as new..

Bought 4 new tires yesterday. They offer a courtesy inspection which appears to be their method of upselling other items or services. Witnessed them selling engine belts to another customer. Went through a list of things his car should need such as cabin filters, etc. Tried to sell me other items, too. Warning...places that do this are often deceitful and I will never take my vehicles there again. They stripped the threads on on of the TPMS (tire pressure sensors), which typically dont need service, which added another $80 to the bill. When I protested that it was their fault, they offered to cut the sensor pressure cost in half. I truly felt like I witnessed and was receiving a con job. Would not recommend tires plus to anyone.do a courtesy

I have been with Tires Plus for about 11 years now, my first experience with them was rough, but they took care of me the right and honest way. Humility is what they carry throughout your experience. They do their work diligently and with speed. I do recommend and I will continue to go to Tires Plus.

Their level of negligence has increased since 2009. It doesn’t appear to matter if you know exactly what you need to have done to keep your vehicle going, they will do unnecessary checks like dealerships tend to do to make you pay more (and possibly making future problems). If you can find somewhere else, I encourage you to. Tires is not worth your money and frustration.

Tires Plus fixed the bolts on my tires quickly and inexpensively.

I was come there to have oil change, the woman come out so rules say you can’t not park here move away, I didn’t nkow went i first come there to have services done,very rules for the first times visit. I was call manager and tell him that, he very nice I come back fill month, this time I forget all my keys there never have returned keys 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 back i call I come there to asked all they said they don’t nkow. This location is unprofessional and unorganized. I had to set an appointment online just to get a hold of them. When they finally contacted me back it was before 8 am. The lack of respect from the manager at this store is unreal.

I have been a customer of Tires Plus for years. Unfortunately I just had a problem with a tire. After they fixed it, and had to charge me full price they told me that my fluids were too low for them to do the free top off.... This isn’t the 1st time they have disappointed me either.

Took my car in to replace two tires, took them two hrs to replace tires, then another HR to do the allignment . I had an appnt ahead if time. They said they could not do the full allignment because it needed parts but charged me the full price of one. I will not be going back to tires plus again and will spread the word to friends and family

The rebate was $40 less than they quoted. 3 hours to get tires changed. Quoted a part that didnt need to be changed only greased. Tried to sell me that part for $90+ over suggested retail cost. Which means they were making over 100% profit on that part alone.

I get along with the staff who are super freindly and willing to answer all vehicle related questions.

Worst oil change experience ever. I usually take my car to Tuffys, but my dad scheduled my appointment last minute when I came to town. When I got to Waterloo, I wasnt completely sure what store my oil change was scheduled at so I called them up before driving clear over there. He answered and immediately put me on hold, which is fine, but then after 5 minutes he picked up and asked if I could please hold... again... I was on hold for 11 minutes total before I hung up. When I got to the store, he (I want to say his name is Cody, but I could be wrong) was not very friendly at all. He then asked if he could have my car for 2.5 hours! What?! This is a basic oil change & tire rotation that was scheduled!! I just got to town and had other plans so I asked if he could have it done in 1.5 hours to which he agreed. 1.5 hours later I called to see if my car was done because I hadnt received ANY word. He told me they were just finishing up. I went there, paid for it, & he told me some bogus stuff that I should get fixed... but there IS a thing or two that I KNOW are wrong with my car that he didnt mention at all. Did they even look at my car? 1 day later my tire pressure notification/alert went off in my car, and I figured the sensor was just off a bit from the rotation (which Tuffys usually resets all my sensors and everything). I stopped at a gas station and sure enough my tire pressure was super low on 3/4 tires. And a week later I find out that most of my fluids were not topped off. Are you kidding me? What did they do? I paid for a full service oil change & tire rotation and Im pretty sure they did nothing! Id be surprised if they even changed the oil. The take home message here is that I will NOT be going to Tires Plus ever again, and if you want a decent oil change then you should not go there either!

DON’T EVER GO HERE! The worst service ever and it took 8 hours to get 2 new tires put on my car. I’m never going here again. They also tried to charge me $199.82 for 8 lug nuts.

So we just left there because they dont fix trailer tires, also we couldnt even put air in the flat tire because there air compressor was broke and thats the only one they have.. What kind of tire place cant even put air in your tires, would never recommend would not even recommend calling them they are a joke.

God awful customer service. Had a flat tire on the brand new one they put on by the time I got home. My other two were not installed correctly cause they leak air when its cold. They even called me a liar.

Slow was told 2 hours waited almost 3. Asked when car would be done and told some lame excuses to extend out time.

Appointment times and 30 min oil change is nor longer offered only reason I came here was for the 30 mins or its free.

Disappointed customer, printed a quote for alignment in waterloo Iowa it was79.99 I took it in the store and the store personel told me there is tax on this quote. I thought thats why I put my zip code in the quote very angry! Blaines charges 69.99 and they admit taxing you and shop fees. its still cheaper! I got ayoung man living with me until school starts he needs new tires for his Toyota I dont know if I can recommend him to this store though
