Writing for the whole company, not just this location. I bought something online that was the wrong item. I returned it to the store to ship back. Staff in store were great. My refund was processed automatically to my credit card when the item arrived back in Texas. Great experience, and I will absolutely shop here again soon.

Great place to find games and collectibles

It’s a beautiful day to trade in your unused devices! My wife and I had a Switch Lite that was barely used and GameStop gave us 100 dollars cash for it! I was pleased with the speed of service and the professionalism of the employees! Thanks GameStop! Will be back

The employees are really rude, the trade in values are the lowest price in town and the refurbished consoles are pure problems. Prices are to high in my opinion.

My personal favourite gamestop. It is average with the other stores as far as layout and what have in stock. But the employees are always fun to chat with and make the experience that much better. And when your just browsing around they leave you alone to let you look.

The two employees both had great attitudes and the guy that was there I loved his passion that he showed so anyone who walked through the doors. The girl there was helpful with getting the purchase done and didnt make me feel rushed.

Pretty decent prices and selection. Staff is pretty knowledgeable, too. Nice that they sell refurbished game systems. Not sure if they still warranty those or not; we havent bought one in several years, but if they do, that is really nice.

Cassandra is awesome at here job, she makes you feel right at home, she is very knowledgeable about the products in the store. And has been super helpful to everyone everytime ive seen her in there. The products are of great quality and their is a huge selection. If you want good deals and a friendly environment gamestop is the place to go. And they have awesome shirts

Although I do enjoy frequenting GameStop, and do find their selection to be decent, it seems lately they have stagnanted. This isnt specific to any single location either, it seems as though the company is trying to shift directions to get more of a market share, but cant decide the direction they want to go.As a personal recommendation, get back to the basics of having your employees engage the customers and not try and upsell them to oblivion (a $1 protection plan on a $3 used game?) Dont get me wrong, as said, I enjoy the stores, but there has been an atmosphere shift.

This GameStop is my saving grace. They helped me when the local Best Buy had their thumb up their ass. I recommend GameStop tremendously.

Great place to come for almost any game but my advice dont ever bring any games to sell doesnt matter if you bought the game today and beat it the same day you couldve paid 65 dollars which you most likely did and their only going to offer you if your lucky 10 bucks haha way to bend someone over my opinion just keep your games because their worth more then a dollar

Been coming here for years. Truly my favorite GameStop. The staff and manager are always eager to help and answer questions. Usually they have the scoop on upcoming games and software too.

Sometimes used games are good prices here but Dan the manager is quite agressive and not very kind to his employees. Checking IDs for mature games is also a weird policy. I had to go to my car and order the same game online so I could get the game without showing my ID.

Helpful and had exactly what I was looking for when no other stores around did.

Ive Spent alot of money in this store. I bought a couple 3DS for my kids before Christmas with a warranty. 1 of the corners fell off of 1 of them, so we packaged it back up and took it back to the store. Upon entering, before we could even make it to the counter, the manager Dan tells us its an exterior damage and its not covered under the warranty. Told us it was dropped and thats why its like that, even though i wasnt even present when it was broke. I took it out of the bag anyways to show them the damage and he really didnt care. SOL and sent us on our way.
