We bought Two pairs of glasses for our son it was our first time buying glasses as his Father and I do not have glasses. They were very helpful and very fast . We got both pairs in under 30 minutes. We as a family are very pleased with our experience.

So very very helpful in a total glasses emergency!! Daughter is attending college when her current glasses totally fell apart Friday night. Being over 2 hours away we were panicked how to get glasses to her as soon as possible. I called Vision4Less in Waterloo - they couldnt be more helpful and understanding. We sent her prescription, picked a couple of frames from their website and within 86 minutes they were ready! Vision4Less in Waterloo were a lifesaver when we really needed help fast. I totally recommend them because of their service and just being so nice!!

Stopped in yesterday to see if my insurance was accepted. They checked into and provided me with the complete coverage information regarding dr appointment, frames, lenses, etc. Today, I called for appointment, got in this afternoon at 1:30 and had my glasses by 3:30. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. They offered but didnt pressure me to go with add-ons. Excellent experience!

I had my new Rx from the VA along with glasses supplied. The young lady who helped me order my new sunglasses also adjusted my VA glasses so they would fit better. Great bunch!

I did get waited on real quick …..I like that the lady that rang it up was superb….she helped switched glasses to ones that look way better…I did ask the girl at counter for a couple of towels to clean lens ….I could only take towel

I was traveling to the area and I remember getting my glasses quickly here when i lived here, so I give them a call and had them done in less than 15 minutes after my exam. Male sales associate, Im sad I didnt get his name he was very funny and helpful I believe he may have been the manager.

Faced with a decision to have cataract surgery now or later, I opted to use my new prescription then determine WHEN would be the time for surgery. I checked several online discount services for glasses. Every choice I made added 10 to 40 dollars per pair. I decided to check Vision4Less and was able to get 2 pair for less than $39 (total, not each) and have them in less than 2 or 3 weeks. To my further amazement, service people were efficient and kind. No frills or handholding, but my first pair was ready in 14 minutes, the second 6 minutes later. The frames are current styles and colors. I can get the frames adjusted locally if needed!

So I purchased some glasses there about 6 months ago. Something was wrong with the left lense in both pair(they where quite expensive I got everything on them, transition scratch protection ect. Cost almost 300 a pair) . So I had left a pair there for repair. I got really busy with work. Like three people in my family got cancer. I had a lot going on and forgot about my second pair. I went back in today and they could not find them(apparently their records dont tell them if I picked them up or not) and the manager called me a liar and got a big attitude. So here I am with one pair of glasses I basically spend 600 dollars on. This place is trash!!!!!!!!! Id go anywhere else. My absolute last choice for Eyewear.

My daughter broke my glasses and I needed glasses so I Stop in at Visions for Less and with in less than 40 minutes I was helped with their customer service and had my glasses and was on my way home.

My boyfriend and cousin recommended me to Vision for Less. I tried it out and I am very impressed. I went in to get glasses as my prescription changed and was in and out of the store in 30 minutes with two new pairs of glasses. The service is not only fast but the customer service is great. The sales associate took their time making sure I was satisfied with my choices and gave their honest feedback. If you need new glasses this is a great place to go! Friendly, fast, and convenient ☺️

I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in SUCH a long time, and I was really nervous about going. My glasses were pretty rough shape, and I was a bit embarrassed. Every single person there made me feel great, and really helped me to pick out my glasses! (I’m blind as a bat without them, so it’s really hard to look at new frames). I 100% loved my experience at Visions for Less, and highly recommend anyone to go there!

The optometrist visit was as quick and efficient and painless as Ive ever had at an eye doctor. One reason it took me a long time to go back to an eye doctor is how long those visits used to take. The person that explain pricing to me and options to me was excellent. She did a great job as well and they got me out in under an hour once we got the frames picked out.

The employees were really patient and very polite. The timely manner in which my glasses were done was just astounding as well. Thank you all so much.

I have mixed feelings about going here. So I would recommend coming here during unbusy times. I also would reccommend not giving a negative survey experience. Here is how my experience went and I will let u judge. So when I went on on boyfriends recommendation I was reluctant given I had a bad experience at another vision4 less. But decided to give another chance. I was in the store for up to 2 hours. Walked in and waited patiently. Watched as 2 people who came in after me be taken care of before me and 2 other ladies who were in before me. Finally got served just to be asked to wait for a few minutes 10 mins later asked if my insurance would allow me to do the deal they offer was told yes then when I made sure was told rudely that I couldnt. Then had a tray shoved at me and told to go pick frames it took less than 5 mins. Then waited patiently for 10 mins before acknowledged then went to sit down. Waited about 45 mins as people who arrived after me were served. It left the impression since I had medicaid I wasnt worth the time. I have thought of reporting this to my insurance. Once I recieved help when we got to prescription something did not look right. I questioned it but never actually accused anyone of changing the prescription. I honestly was just worried it was entered wrong. After my glasses were made I thought it was weird when the lady at front desk and a customer were grinning at me like I was a joke when I tried on my glasses. After I got in the car I looked in the mirror it looked like my left eye had a raccoon ring and my right a partial one. I was angry the sales staff could have mentioned something. I wrote a negative survey was so angry at the time stated I would not return. After calming down and reasoning my experience was bad due to it being busy. I spoke with my boyfriend who told me I should reconsider. I did and decided when i got money i would go back in not using my insurance and paying my own money. Went to return the glasses and spoke with the manager who would cut me off when I tried to mention my concerns. Before going in although about seeing if the issue would be fixed. Given every time I tried to mention concern and was cut off decided that I would just return. Was told i be refused service if i ever came in when I mentioned that I was reconsidering my decision not to come back was told if the manager decided to he might not refuse service but he liked to take vacations so if he was gone I would not be served because of my negative review and had said in anger I would not come back. When i return my glasses i did notice service was 10 × better than when i first came in. He also said I accused his staff of not knowing thier job and changing my prescription. I never said that . I had no issues with actual process of getting my glasses did want to make sure I recieved my right prescription and was entered correctly. Customer service portion did need improving but it was not so horrible that I would not reccommend someone not going there at all. I would reccomend going during non busy times. I do wonder about not giving someone a second chance after a bad experience if they are giving u a second chance. Seems bad for business and missed opportunity to change someones mind. Had I felt I was being listened to I would been willing to try again.

Love the two pairs of glasses I bought! Beautiful frames. There were issues when I first went in to pickup the glasses. The lenses had to be redone. Theyre perfect now and Ive gotten many compliments 😊

As a home inspector my eyes are my biggest asset and most important tool during an inspection. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Molly. The staff were super friendly, explained my options, were VERY PATIENT with my insurance carrier and all the hoops they had to jump through, and I received my glasses FASTER than I ever got them from my other provider . My frames are the exact same frames I would have gotten at the other place for a lot more money. They earned my business and this review. Very happy.

The frame and lens warranty for my child has been such a blessing, along with the speed of care we always receive. My daughter has had glasses since she was 3.5 and the warranty was used several times in the first year when the dog chewed on her glasses, and when she scratched the lenses while playing outside. Quick turnaround, great customer service, and really affordable prices is what we have experienced with Vision 4 Less every single time except once.

I gave Vision4less a second chance after they gave me the wrong lenses two years ago. Unfortunately, they made the same mistake this year. I appreciate them ordering the correct ones but they have not worked to expedite them. In 2020, almost everything can be express shipped. I have also not received any refund for having to wear bad glasses for a week now. They did not return my old lenses which I would have loved to have been able to put in during this mess up so I wasnt so sick from bad vision. Ive gotten less vision for less money twice now. Ill be taking my business elsewhere next time.

I was amazed at how fast and friendly my experience was there at the Waterloo location. I was treated with the up most respect & given enough room to shop and practice social distancing. This location will have my families business from now on!

The staff was very nice and not at all overbearing as some eyewear sales people can be. On my second day of looking at frames, I chose one for everyday and one for sunglasses. I was impressed with the knowledge behind the different types of products. I couldnt be happier with my purchases.

I went in today for my first eye exam in 3 years with Dr. Halbur, she was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to thoroughly explain what type of glasses would best fit my horrible vision! :) out on the floor, Penny was super helpful and very pleasant to work with. I ended up buying two pairs of glasses in beautiful frames. My glasses were made within the hour understandably, being that they were bifocals. When it came time for pick up the gentleman who helped me, walked through all the important steps being that this is my first time wearing bifocals. This was an overall pleasant experience definitely deserving of five out of five stars. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They are quick to get them done same day, but I wish they were a bit more friendly. They don’t acknowledge customers walking in rather they busy or not. They have a first come first serve list but to new customer that has never been there before they wouldn’t know that and they certainly don’t tell you. The selection was nice but they need help on customer service.

I experienced an excellent visit. The optometrist, Emily, was fantastic during the exam, and I found many affordable frame choices on the floor. Since I had a simpler prescription, my lenses were cut and in their frames within 30 minutes of choosing them. The entire visit was just one hour, and I walked out with two pairs of glasses. Wow. My customer service representative who assisted me with frames was also friendly and informative.I did get lucky as a walk-in because the optometrist was just able to fit me in between two exam appointments. I recommend to set one up ahead of time to be safe.

Weve been going to this location for about 4 years now for children glasses. Decent size collection to choose from. My motto, if they have to wear them let them pick it out, and so far theres always been a few pairs she liked. Since the remodeling/turn over this time it was less then hour to receive the glasses. There was times in the past when weve had to wait days. I do highly recommend this place/ location especially if you like instant gratification.

I felt really sorry for the two ladies that were fitting us for glasses.. extremely busy, waiting on customers, answering phone calls, never got a lunch break! Legally u need to give your employees a break. Hire some more staff and this would be eliminated. Also, some other system needs to be implemented so customers don’t have to wait so long. I waited longer to pick up my glasses than to get fitted! You need to keep your employees happy and your customers! Overall, From my exam to picking up my glasses the service was great!

Two different associates assisted me. The first gave some good tips on selecting prescription sunglasses and gave, what I thought, to be an an honest opinion of which glasses looked best on me. The second fitted the glasses wonderfully on the first try.

I called about 8:30am, had new glasses by 4:30pm that same day. I needed an eye exam and they still made it happen! Very nice folks to work with.

Service was great, but advertising was misleading. The 2 pairs for $39 dollars special was for a very small group of glasses that were next to the regular glasses. Were not clearly defined. We ended up spending $140 instead of $40. Didnt find out until after glasses were done, and tried on.

I had a very good experience here today. The optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The glasses were inexpensive and the folks at the counter were great. The only down side is if they are busy it can be a long wait. Be prepared to abandon ship and try again in an hour.

Plenty of frame options here! Just got my first pair of glasses and had no problem finding something that I love. Could have benefited from another employee, there were multiple people waiting to be helped both times I went in. The price was perfect, less than half what I would have paid and the eye doctor for a pair of glasses.

I understand that it may be stressful having a large amount of people coming in to buy glasses, but your job is to serve them with a friendly attitude and help to the best of your ability. I went in to get glasses, and waited around 15 minutes for the employees to decide I was good enough to help, and then I was treated rudely and like a child. They then told me I couldnt get my glasses today, and to come back Monday. The glasses may be good quality, but the service is not good at all.

I called for eye appt late morning and got in at 12:15! Wonderfully surprised. The optometrist was very kind, pleasant to talk with and professional. She took her time to pinpoint the exact strength my new lens need. She even found a new catinmyeye (haha) in this not yet 60 year young woman.The staff overall are all approachable and eager to help. My person went above and beyond explaining the 3 different lens types. Ive had good experiences at Vision4Less. The commercials on TV are misleading because there are many frames at a higher price, which ups the price and is different from the special that is going on for a limited time. You just have to realize this or ask about this when you go in so you know what price range your looking at. The last time I got glasses there, I got them in one hour and I am very pleased. Customer service was very good too. Go when they are not busy!

My husband and I came through this area about a year ago. He was driving a semi truck during this time. We were on a tight schedule and I had a pretty bad eye infection from my contact lenses. Dr. Halbur was very compassionate and helpful. She gave me an eye exam and I got a glasses prescription and the new glasses before they closed for the day. We will always remember our trip through Waterloo because of the fast, friendly and great service. The technician who made the glasses was awesome. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name. Everyone at Vision 4 Less was great. Sorry it took me a year to give a review 🤓

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes simply wanting a minor adjustment to the frame that they already had to replace due to defects that they did not catch when I made my original purchase. I simply needed the ear piece adjusted so it wouldnt be too tight only to finally be told that I had to put my name on a waiting list after several other people had come in after me so I had to wait even longer to get something done that takes less than 5 minutes, resulting in me being late to work. Many members of the staff were rude and short with me every time I was in there. I will not be making any purchases here again.

Dr halbur was awesome, so professional and really made experience good. I will stay with her for my vision care. She was very thorough as well

Stopped here today because we had an urgent need for a pair of glasses after a pair broke and we needed them before going to work tonight. We waited about 20 minutes to get help because one of the women working was chatting it up with someone about their personal lives while 4 people were waiting to be helped. We ordered. Not overly friendly service but quick because we knew what we wanted already. They told us it would take an hour, the receipt said promised time of two hours. They said they would text us when they were ready. When we called at 2 hours they told us 30 more minutes. After 30 minutes we called again and were told it would be quite a while longer, they might have them done by the time they close (which would be 7 hours) and after we needed to pick them up by. When they finally were finished we expressed our frustration to Taylor at the store who responded with well stuff happens, we cant do anything about that. I asked for some kind of refund since it took much longer than the promised time and she just said again well we cant control when they are done. Very disappointed in the poor service here.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I love Ed how you could get your glasses in 1 hour! My glasses didnt even take and hour to do! I was very impressed!!! Will be going back them again!

The lady that helped me was excellent. She described every option available. Quoted me an hour for my glasses, but they were done in 20 minutes. She made sure they fot correctly before I left the store. The only downfall is they were extremely busy and only two people were working the front. There wasn’t enough sitting so people were standing crowding the door. Other then that, excellent!

I went in on a Friday morning, the associate was there helping me right away. I picked out a pair of glasses Anns she checked then to make sure they were a good fit for me. She took the measurements for my lenses since I wear bifocals and told me they should be ready in approximately one hour. 29 monies after I left the store they were ready. I went back to pick them up and another associate waited on me. She was just as friendly as the first. I give this place a five star rating!

I went in the store to get new lenses with my new prescription and ended up leaving with two new complete sets of glasses that feel great. Only took about an hour and a half to have them made. Saved a lot of money over just replacing my lens in my old frames.

She made that abundantly clear.We were told that we should be happy to get our glasses the same day. I thought the Company advertises your glasses could be done in as little as 30 minutes.If we go back a 5th time, if she is present we will ask for the manager. People like that should try and find a job that doesnt have to deal with the public. Maybe doing dishes or collecting garbage would suit her better.

I was able to walk in, get an eye exam, and get 2 pairs of glasses in about an hour and a half. It was busy, so I expected a longer wait time. Not at all! The optometrist was very nice and she had really great breath, and I appreciated that with her being so close to my face. The staff was very helpful and helped me get the best deal and someone was available to get me fitted quickly after the glasses were ready. I got a text when my glasses were done and they were done 2 hours sooner than expected. I had tried to walk in at Wal-Mart and was told they couldnt get me in without an appointment. Im so glad because it was the most seamless experience ever.

This place is the best. I deal with the manager mostly just because he gets my needs. I bought two pairs of glasses and had a problem with one and the other pair I didnt like.
