This is a great dollar store! They have nearly everything you could want and I’ve appreciated their COVID safety!It would be great if they could get more shopping carts though! It would make shopping with a child in tow more easy!

Good or bad it is an experience every time. I really enjoy my time in there.Well except when I cannot find anyone to ask a question.Maybe a cotton vest or tee shirt with company colours and logo should be a working policy along with a big old name tag.Much friendlier.Yet I will continue going because the staff are so polite and helpful when engaged with all customers.😊

This and eagle creek are the best Dollar Stores in town. Please edit your opening hours I showed up at 7 PM as it says open til 9 here but actually closed at 6pm. Thanks!!

Clean store with great selection and very friendly staff!

The staff are very helpful when certain specific items are harder to locate. This is my go to place for finding crafting ideas but lower than a Michaels or Winners budget. This is especially helpful for the burial park crafting projects as it is a lesser financial upset if things get stolen.However, I do understand why customer may leave unsavory reviews. The aisles are not wide and lots of restocking boxes are left blocking certain routes. The pandemic arrows are faded from the traffic so customers do not obey distancing protocol. However thats something that can be corrected and does not deter from their selection and service.

Chill staff floors are sometimes messy but overall a good place

I absolutely love coming to this store.Angela and Jess are very nice and well trained with customer service!Always put a smile on my face when I am there.Store is sometimes messy but what dollar store isn’t !Cashiers beside Angela and Jess just need to be a little faster. I’m always in there and usually long line ups but once they call for back up it’s good. Thanks so much dollar tree always find everything I need

Good selection of products and all for 1.25. This is what these kinds of stores should be charging for their products, but often dont. Some real bargain items to be found here!Dont miss the greeting card section, they have lots of Hallmark cards at a fraction of their regular price!😊Found what we needed and were assisted at the register by a very pleasant, helpful sales person. Dont know her name ( short blonde hair, glasses, 40s?) she is a real asset to this store.Will be back!😊

I love this place... Everything for $1.25??? Ive bought identical items elsewhere for way more... wished Id found this place sooner! And I REALLLY wish their downtown Victoria location would reopen. Please please please? Recommend.

I was extremely unhappy with my care. I was accused of stealing, and was told to take off my backpack and leave it at the front when I got my phone out of my bag in the aisle to look and see if the attachment I was buying from the store, would fit my phone. I presume someone thought I stuffed something in my bag but after they said that it was policy and I didnt even get an apology for what they did. I walked out of there taking my business elsewhere. I decided to just buy it from amazon. In the short of it, bad service and it seems mean or overworked employee.

Very friendly. Great prices. A store where the staff is willing to help you. Clean aisles and enough room to navigate a shopping cart with.

While i was there the manager very nicely dealt with a high customer. Although i was in a long line up, a new one opened quickly. All positive experience

Very messy, usually long lines and the staff all seem clueless most of the time. Only reason it gets any stars is for their very courteous cashier, Harley. Hes very personable and actually tries to solve any issues you might have, unlike all the other staff. Wish he had a better place to work - or at least some better coworkers.

I love this store..and although there seems to be a steady turnover of staff for some reason....low wages? nasty management?..... Its a great place to shop.. Best value for the dollar

Very messy. Couldnt get to things because boxes were in the way. Things out of stock. Have seen better.

Lots of great items, fairly well organized and stocked. Much cleaner than the downtown location! Friendly staff, and not usually very busy!

Good place

I have to use a walker so it pleasant to be able to walk thru the store without running into boxes.I dont always find what I want but it is fun to look at all the other things, the store has to offer.

I have a lot of success at this store. im challenged by the seasonal section at the front because its typically messy, as thats where most people gravitate to first, right? also, between seasons the staff have to move out old and bring in new product, and the boxes get in the way.
