Found this place on Google while searching for donuts for the kids, while we were driving through & oh boy did this place make some huge, soft, yummy DONUTS!!! The donuts are huge, like I turned around in the car and showed the kids the donuts, they were bigger than moms face, like every single one of them!!!!! & they have so many choices!! The staff working today was so nice and helpful, the gentlemen working was really patient with our 3 children picking out their stuff too, & asking all the questions about what kind is that one & that one & that one, with a line of people & a smile on his face!!!! Awesome job dude!! Go get your Donuts here! They have these cute hanging donuts, look above you! & make sure you get a whole box & try a bunch, you wont regret that!!!!

Ive had great experiences every time I come here! The donuts are fresh and they taste great. They have a good selection of donuts as well as cheesecakes, pies, cakes, ice cream and more. Theyre a little pricey but its worth it for the customer service you get. I have food allergies and they are very knowledgeable about ingredients and cross contamination etc so I feel comfortable eating here.

Would be a one star but, they are pretty to look at. This one is a no-go for me... Dry, stale-tasting donuts... They are at least a day old.... Disappointing.Edit - I have a picture of all the donuts we bought posted with the review. There is NO WAY these were made fresh that morning. Even my kids didnt eat them...

Today was my first visit. Cozy, fun environment; not to mention beautiful and delicious baked goods and donuts! Coffee was very good too. I recommend icon donuts when you need a sweet treat!

Beat Donuts in Waterloo. Great place. Donuts are out of this word good. They are huge and so many different kinds. If you have not been here than you are missing out. Stop in and try them out and have an explosion of flavor in your mouth with ICON Donuts & Sweetery.

Again, Icon is back to their “only” vegan options being two options, again “only” plain glazed and apple and “only”offering vegan on the weekends… two stars is the most I can muster really.

First time visiting and we had long johns. They were fresh and decently priced. Friendly staff and clean environment!! We will be back.

My opinion, they have the best long John maple donut Ive had in a long time and also fun, tasty creative donuts too.

Not only are the donuts pretty, but they taste good too! Lots of varieties and reasonably priced. They also have cookies, cheesecake, other cakes, cannolis and other sweets. The coffee was good too so that was a bonus. Fun and quirky stop with the kids/family/friends or to just grab and go.

I went through the drive thru this afternoon to get a treat for my family before driving an hour back to Toledo, and was disappointed by the fact that they were out of our usual requests. Now, I understand why. Their donuts are phenomenal and people must have come in early and bought them all. Im now craving these donuts. Theyre like crack!

Yes, I ordered two donuts for myself, but only to support this new Cedar Valley donut shop. Honest. Cheech - a crunchy, cinnamon churro-like donut. Liz Lemon - a glazed, cakey donut with the hole piled high with tart lemon cream. Both delicious, if a little too sweet. The cheesecakes looked tasty.I took mine to go, but wish Id been able to lounge on one of the couches or work at a table. Decor has a clean, bright but retro feel. Fun art featuring famous paintings with donuts added. Also large donut sculptures hanging from the celing (I want one).Free parking. In a strip mall on Ridgeway near Sergeant Road

Donuts are fresh through out the day. Nice size and kind of a fun donut. Clean and friendly place. The only reason i didnt give 5 was that there was only 1 person working and had to wait like 5 min to get served. That tells you how good they are. I recommend Java o nuts donut. To die for.

Super yummy food, and FRIENDLY staff! Most donut shops I have been to have employees who are super rushed and annoyed with questions. Allison made our morning donut run very enjoyable. Welcoming smile, answered our (many) flavor questions, and was very patient. My Mom has been there more than I have, and she says all of the employees she has encountered have been friendly. Fair prices as well! I highly recommend!

The donuts here r outta site ! They are very reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly and polite Im working my way thru the donut menu board I try something different almost every time not been let down yet ! My personal favorite is the cinnamon twist

I love their doughnuts they are the best in the cedar valley great selection and great price a dozen glaze doughnuts for $10 they have specialty too with lots of fun flavors I tried the Marilyn it was amazing the doughnut was light and the strawberry icing and filling are out of this world the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and Happy to help you make a decision about the doughnuts you want but all are good so you cant go wrong

This place is really cute on the inside. They donuts were really good. Im hoping they add some seasonal products. The price is kinda high though. I got two donuts and it was five dollars. I think this has to do with no other donut places around. If they were priced better Id go more consistently.

Very impressed with product, atmosphere and price. Lots of fun flavors. The old fashioned sour cream donut is the best I’ve ever had and I love that they give you a good sized coffee with free refills. We will definitely be back again soon!

Tremendous selection each time, theres always so much to choose from - donuts, cookies, cake, pie, tarts, cannolis, you name it. Even better, its always super fresh and full of tremendous flavor. ICON just does it right!

Nearly every donut Ive had from there has been good, if not great at times. Save for maybe the cruller, which seemed to be maybe stale or just not to my taste when I had it. Otherwise the classic sour cream, the afternoon delight, the godfather, and the king are all definitive standouts that I consider iconic to say the least. Theyre also adding another location near my job which is amazing and convenient!

The people are wonderfully nice, gave great service and had a positive attitude. The vegan donut tasted as awesome as a normal one, would definitely recommend trying!

Never been there before but for the first time I loved it

The Vegan (which they will offer pack separately), the king, the raspberry beret, java the donut, to the basic cake donuts you cant go wrong, not a bad bite in the box. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun, friendly, and as you can see spacious. They do have other sweets options too, go in and give them a try.

Absolutely delicious! We tried the Godfather (best donut Ive ever tried,) the raspberry one, strawberry fields, apple fritter, and the twist. All were phenomenal! Will most certainly be back!
