Amazing customer service. My husband recently ordered from this place for an upgrade to his Auto Pot system, the person on the live chat helped him throughout the whole process. They explained exactly what to order without trying to get him to buy things he didnt need. They are a honest company, which in this day and age is hard to come by. Excellent customer service. They helped me load some soil I bought. Most places once they make the sale your on your own. I also ordered a mist and sprayer and it didnt work properly and leaked. I contacted them and they sent my a new one that day and told me to keep the old one for parts. Nothing but good thing to say about these guys. My go to spot for all my growing needs. I am a novice grower who has relied on searching through the net to find find best practices and equipment. I stopped in to check the store out and it is worth the drive from Hamilton! The first thing is that there are display set ups so that you can see how things work. I spoke to 4 staff members during my visit and they all were very knowledgeable. Far better than IGC... I ordered from Indoor Farmer and 40 minuts after it was shipped. With IGC, my order was still not processed after 2 weeks. For the home growing people this is a must stop shop. Now let me make this clear there products can be expensive BUT its TOP NOTCH equipment and theyll back what they sell. Cant ask for anything better. We have used products from dirt, root boosters, fertilizer, lights and tent. We have used All this equipment for starting our vegetable garden plants and Ill tell you honestly our plants have been ready to be planted for the last month. Weve already had sampled our numerous veriety of lettuce and radishes. What an amazing store! I went today to pickup a bunch of parts and furtilizer for my DIY hydroponics setup as a starting newbie and EVERYONE was amazing! Prices are great, and they helped me pick out a proper drain size and proper air stones.I forgot to buy Hydrogen peroxide so I will be going back to pick some up.They won a customer for life.
