Everyone in this office is knowledgeable, very helpful,accommodating, cheerful. JohnCostello makes sure my prosthethis is aligned and comfortable. He makes adjustments and listens to any concerns I have then addresses them. I am so happy that this office and the staff are my prosthetic people. An exceptional place with excellent people.

I have been with Clark & Associates for over 50 years. They have always been helpful and have always known just what to do when my leg isn’t fitting correctly. Everyone who works there is always friendly. I would highly recommend them.

My son received a specialized foot orthotic from Clark & Associates. Dean did an outstanding job of fitting the device. My son was able to play football his senior year and have a very successful season. Clark & Associates does an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Dean is amazing.However, the front desk not so much. Its been about a 6 month fight with the front desk. First it was over them stating my autistic son HAD to come into the clinic before they would even start having his shoe lift made (3 weeks after the shoe was dropped off they informed me of this when I called to check up on progress).The day after Dean was contacted for that issue the lift was ready to go and is amazing 5 months later.However, he had a script dropped off to get inserts placed the day I picked up the lift, I was told Id get a call from the front desk to come in. I got a call and was told a date and time and I informed them I would not be able to make it and they told me to CALL BACK and reschedule if I thought I would miss it the day before and the lady hung up.Tried to call to get it sent to the Mason city clinic due to the front desk issues. Never am able to get through to anyone even to this day.So instead we had to buy some inserts online and are having his shoes shipped to be made at a different clinic in Ohio.

They will help you out any way possible, they are inspirational! Very friendly atmosphere from all that work there.

I have had a great experience with the team at Clark & Associates Prosthetics in cedar rapids PCI building .They are the best people most of all is the young man scott he no;s his stuff, he make;s sure every thing fits just right, thanks to him i can walk again thanks scott, thanks to you all at clark & associates

I went to Clark and Associates following an ACL surgery to get fitted for a knee brace. It fit very well and was done in a timely fashion. The brace has worked phonemail and has allowed me to compete in Division l athletics.

Outstanding people and service.

I am diabetic and require shoes to fit so they dont rub my feet. They have failed to provide me a pair of shoes that fit for 4 yrs. I was thinking ok give him another chance. The employee is pleasant. However insurance as pd 4 times and I still havent received one pr that has fit my feet. The first 3 prs were to narrow and the last pr had areas inside the shoes that totally rubbed my feet raw and now I have open sores. That is exactly why you get a pr they arent to rub your feet. Because I didnt save the box its another yr stuck with no shoes that work. I find this totally unacceptable. I am also on a fix income which puts me in a bad situation. So unless they fix this issue I would never recommend anyone to use this place for shoes.
