Well where to start on this terrible experience I had. Called and made an appointment for my motorcycle to get serviced and new handle grips installed. Set the appointment for a Tuesday morning so I dropped the bike off Monday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon I called to see if it was done and they told me it would be done first thing Wednesday morning. I had plans to use my bike at noon on Wednesday so I told them I needed it by then. The service guy said no problem. 11am Wednesday morning comes and I call to see if its done, they tell me Jesse just ran out to get it we will have it done today. On Thursday I left for vacation and when I got back I had a voicemail from the service department saying they had a couple recommendations for my bike. One being to replace the clutch cable and the other to replace the throttle cable. Well, I had already talked to the mechanic and he said he would tighten the clutch cable and I previously replaced the throttle cable so I knew that wasnt bad so i declined the recommendations when I called back on Tuesday. (Monday was a holiday) After I declined the recommendations I was told that the bike was ready to go. So I rushed over there at 5 so I could pick the bike up before they closed. Once I got there I was told the throttle cable was broke and so they didnt do the service because I couldnt ride it anyway. Well I rode the bike there so it wasnt broken when I dropped it off!! They told me they would figure it out the next day and get back to me. Well i reached out to someone I know that worked there and he told me that yes it was broken and the parts are $300 to replace. I walked in on Thursday, this is 1 week and 2 days after I had my appointment. I was told the clutch cable was broken. So I asked really whats going on. A service guy goes and talked to the tech and come back and says no just the return is broken and you can still ride it. So frustrated with this place I just wanted to get it out of there business. I paid for my $160 bill, the tech pulled it around the parking lot and the handle grips hadnt been changed, when I asked him about that directly he didnt even know the handle grips were supposed to be installed. So I received $160 oil change, no handle grips and a broken return cable that took a week and a half with an appointment! So if you want unreliable information and terrible customer service then you can check this place out. If not I would recommend going somewhere else!!!
This is my favorite motorcycle dealership. Just had tires put on and everyone was great. I will be buying my next bike from them for sure.

I had a problem which thought it was the cvc Accel but was just the loose caliber but they took care of it very promptly as I need it with hay cut and have to rack it with the machine so the service department was great thank you again
The people are nice here and you can buy new products like other stores have to offer. You will not find hardly any used inventory to choose from if you are looking for used parts or equipment.
Came in looking to purchase a used Jet ski and lucked out, one became available! They shined it up and tested it on the water for us. we took it out on the lake and it ran perfectly. We could not be happier with the experience! Thanks to Steve and all of the staff, sales and techs!Rachel H
When I started calling around looking for a golf cart I called evolution powersports. The cart dealers in my area didnt really seem to interested to sell me a golf cart in April. So I looked out of state. I called down and talked to Ryan at evolution powersports. Let me tell you he was the politest person I have talked to and did everything he could for me to strike a deal. The management is great and friendly. They hauled the golf cart to Jamestown ND for me so we could meet half way. It was a smooth and seamless buying experience. I will considering buy from again in the future

All employees at Evolution are Excellent!! They went above and beyond in helping my wife and I with our purchase of two new Kodiaks!! The sales team, the setup team and the owner himself made sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. If you are looking for a new ride of any kind you need to stop in and check out their fleet of rides, they have many brands too! And if your a hunter like my wife and I... stop in and check out Lonnies trophys!! WOW!!!!
I would never bring anything here to get fixed i dropped my dirt bike off in the beginning of September to get the spokes they have had if for 3 months now on a 2 hour job and when ever I call them they raze the bill or there is another problem with it

It was positive experience working with Steve and his sales staff when buying my SxS. They have an exceptional amount of inventory on hand to compare with and made the buying process easy and pain free. They also have a much better part inventory in stock compared to years past and their pricing is comparable to online shops. It makes buying local great knowing youre not overpaying and you get the parts you need the day you need them!

Found a Kawasaki Mule pro pre-owned online. Called and spoke with Ryan in sales. Asked him condition of unit and some other questions. Sounded like everything I wanted. Put deposit on it as I was located in a differnent state. Made the trip down there only to find out that the machine was everything Ryan said it was. I was very pleased! He was there to take care of me first thing in the morning. He turned me over to Samantha in F&I and she made sure everything went smooth and quick for me. Very pleased with my experience! Called from a few hours away regarding a new jet ski I saw online. Spoke with Steve. He knocked down the price and it was a waaaaay better deal than what the dealer in SF was offering. A few phone calls and texts and an email or two later, I own the jet ski. I cant believe how easy it was to buy it. Steve answered any questions I had and since I still need a trailer hitch, he was willing to store it for a few weeks. Overall, so easy to work with and the best prices within 200 miles of Sioux Falls!

Steve Sheehan was a great help. He found us a like new, used Jet Ski. With us living in Sioux Falls and having a cabin on Kampeska, we were able to purchase it on line. I would highly recommend Steve to any of my friends.

Terrible!!!!! Since ownership and name change no customer service!! No one has any clue whats going on there!! Ordered a dirt bike for my son 3 1/2 wks ago said it would be in the following wk. and it never came nor did I get a phone call from them about this I had to call. And when I did call no one had any clue about what was going on they claimed to have lost my phone number then they went on with an excuse stating that they were having issues with her dealer license they said it would be resolved soon give me a call either Friday or Monday at the latest Monday came and went without a phone call so I called Tuesday once again no one had any clue what was going on I was promised a phone call by the end of business hours and once again It never came.. So obviously this place needs better management! I will not be spending my hard earned money with this company!
Awesome purchase experience. Brandon gave me a fare deal on the trade in of my 2012 GL1800 and really came through on getting my new GL1800DJ. Everyone treated me great and I really felt like this was the place for me to do my purchase. I look forward to doing other business in the future and get required maintenance on my new GL1800DJ. Ordered a part and they tried 3 diff times even with me bringing in the old part. After getting the wrong part 3 times in a row I ordered it online myself. Then they gave me attitude for saying I would order it online when they tried to make the 4th order.
