Mike,Phil, Kyle Have a greatest customer service around they have their own opinion on a product that I needed that was very well-suited of what I needed had the best experience ever deserves a five star rating and thank you for the associates and I hope you guys read this

Today was my first day going to this store. They saw me looking around for something and no one came to me to ask if I needed assistance. When I finally asked if someone could help me find the part that I needed, no one help me in the right direction. The person simply just said “over there” without giving me an more directions where the part would be.

Staff was very helpful and ordered a part for me. But the computer search system in-store did not find a complete listing of available items. I had to find it on the website then read off the alphanumeric code to the cashier. Like...your registers dont have complete inventory available?

Their GREAT friendly have patience and make sure you get what you need

I stopped in to buy a portable battery charger that was an awesome deal at only $40-- great peace of mind for traveling!! I was greeted on entering & the customer rep offered for me to open the box, examine it & hed help if I had any questions. He & is colleague shared their good experience about a different unit the store used to sell. At checkout, the same gentleman gave me a new loyalty card & showed me the # to call & resolve why I had multiple cards on file.Bottom line, I saw a bunch of great deals & bought one, and had helpful, courteous, awesome service at this Watertown CT store!! Well worth giving a try😁

I have nothing to say about autozone, but the employees ins8de that shop make me give this review. While I was waiting on the line to ask for their services he called asked 2 people before me if they were ready to pay. And didnt even asked me why I was there.

Online showed they have it computer says they have 3 belts.. I get the one of 2 get home its not even the correct belt in the box so I drove back and finally found it

Wife went there for windshield wipers, but I guess they stop providing service installing windshield wipers. Not sure if it was because of the rain, but last time I was there they offer it to me. In addition, they pointed to the aisle for product but 5 minutes later came to help. I have experience with customer service, I was always taught to walk customer to product. This way if theres any questions, its answered...plus help increase sales.

Ive always been coming to this autozone, but lately now when i go there, the gentlemen are quick to ask me for assistance. Noah is usually there during the week, and hes quick to find out the appropriate wiper blades for each of the 5 vehicles i have. He reminded me i need windshield washer fluid, too. Overall great group of guys at this store, near dollar general.

Needed parts for my car nobody else had in stock. Spoke with Phil and he helped me get everything I needed without having to make a second trip. Honestly parts stores need more employees like Phil! Everything fit perfect and works even better. 10/10 would recommend.

Needed a low beam light bulb on my passenger side and the cashier installed for me at no charge. He was very pleasant and helpful.

My mother lost both headlights other day when it was 0 out. She thought there was an electric issue. An employee Phil told her to wait inside and went outside to help her and figured out that it was only the low beam bulbs burnt out. While she waited inside he went out and replaced both,made sure they were all working and even had the car warmed up for her before she left. Great service great employees!!!

Have been buying parts from this Autozone for a while now, they’ve always got the part. The manager Brent is always finding the parts that i don’t know the name of. And the driver Noah is always making sure i have enough brakekleen and gloves and so forth. definitely recommend stopping in

On June 16, 2020, I had an excellent experience at the Autozone in Watertown, CT. I bought the product and a store employee assisted me with installing the product in my vehicle. Above and beyond friendly and professional service.

Very helpful my hub assembly broke on the highway thankfully I made it here and half the hub was stuck to the knuckle and the guys were very helpful getting it off and getting the stuck cotter pin out from the lower nut kept checking to see if we needed anything else thank you guys

Great and knowledgeable staff, Great customer service. They always have the products and parts available. If item is available and not in store the staff can get it in stock in a timely manner for you. All the staff will even help with you out with changing light bulbs, batteries plus more on the vehicle for free. Just stop in to find out what they can help with. A+ Employees.

I go to Dollar general alot in Watertown .i go to Auto zone now and then. They are perfect in same parking lot. They had a great sale on. Windshield deicer 2 gallons for 7 $

They had the parts I needed in stock. I would like to see more non asian parts available. Regardless, I was back on the road much quicker than had I gone to a competetor.

The funny thing about this place is that its RIGHT next door to another auto parts store. I went to that other one for years but then one day stopped into this one just because it was in the same parking lot as the dollar store and Im lazy. As soon as I walked in the guy asked me what I needed and helped me find the right sized wipers and offered to put them on for me. I dont go to the other store anymore.

Tom helped me change my battery in the rain and explained everything to me. He was very helpful and did a wonderful job!

I am always happy with the service and selection at AutoZone and overall their staff isnt all that bad. Where did four entire stars go? Ask the employee that thinks its cool to stand in the doorway with the door open and blocking the door while filling the area around himself with vape! It is 2016 and I know people will say that it is safe and it was just sugar water, but on the other hand if you are representing a business, it is just not something you should be doing, blocking the door is bad enough but making a huge cloud of vape while doing it, no!

They had what I needed. I appreciated they had what I needed in stock and the transaction wss as handled quickly.
