Kyle was absolutely awesome!! I can’t express that enough. I had a little mishap online with a Facebook ad for a vehicle that wasn’t at the dealership. I made a comment on Facebook and Kyle promptly called me and worked on the situation for me.We worked together to look at all the options I had. He was friendly, professional and a real pleasure to work with.Ultimately while out on a test drive of another truck, the truck I wanted originally arrived at the dealership in Danbury. He made sure that I got that vehicle. Paperwork was a breeze, delivery was even better. In and out in record time. Tried to buy a new truck twice with two different sales people, both absolutely horrible! They don’t respond to questions and honestly just don’t care. I’ll spend $65k somewhere else, stay far away from this dealership is my advice!
I wish that the warranty that I have through GMC covered more of the mechanical things and I didn’t need to cover stuff out of pocket. I get the wear and tear stuff I have to cover. The service department was very good with handling my stuff. Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop as to what was going on and I appreciated that. It was my first time at this particular location and I’ll definitely be returning!

I have no issues with your dealership. I have had more problems with this truck (3500 Sierra) with 33000 miles to date, than I had with my previous Ford F-350 with 250000 miles. I have no intentions of buying another GMC truck.

I bought a car here about 4 years ago. I had a good buying experience back then but wanted to commend this dealership on their excellent customer service, years after the sale. I ran into a paperwork issue and needed help from the dealership to resolve the issue. Matt Burks, one of the sales manager there, was quick to jump in and help me with my issue over the phone as I live out of state. His communication was excellent and he was able to help me resolve my issue within a matter of an hour or two. I cannot praise this dealership enough for their efforts to help a previous customer. I dont live in Connecticut anymore but I highly recommend this dealership as their customer service is outstanding.

Long story short, I live in CA and had been searching everywhere for a specific car I was able to find at this dealership. Since it’s over 2,000 miles away from where we live and had never purchased a vehicle outside of CA, we were unsure of the process and if it was even feasible. We spoke to a super nice and helpful guy named Aaron and he was the best! He helped us with the process (FaceTimed with me so I could see the car) and did everything possible to make the daunting process of buying a car out of state, pleasant :). Right before signing the paperwork, we received a call about another one that became available in our state (and only 12 miles away). I waited 2 hours to get my car oil changed thats unacceptable I did not say anything just grin and bear it, also another time 3hr . 30 minutes for cabin air filter change, I am seriously thinking of taking my auto elsewhere, its far for meto travel there but wanted to stay loyal but too much to do business with.not easy

First off you should know I am a former technician and service advisor. My service advisor Bryant was excellent. My technician was terrible. He broke my running lights button clips then lied about it. So that’s 60 dollars I have to spend that I had no intentions on spending. Also I marked my tires to see if he was really going to do the rotation and to no surprise of course he didn’t. I just brought this vehicle from NY. I was planning on coming to this dealership for all my maintenance and repairs but it is clear your technicians can not be trusted. I have a transmission service coming up in two weeks. More than likely I will be canceling and taking my business somewhere else.
I have been a satisfied service customer here for a while now, and when it came time to purchase a new vehicle I went there first to look and explore the possibilities. I was impressed with how professional, accommodating, and low pressure the staff here is (Mike, Matt, and Joe). This is NOT your typical sleazy car dealership... They run a first class business here! I had a very tight budget with high demands (I wanted a 2017 Sierra 3500HD Denali) and they bent over backwards to make it happen. It was a complicated transaction, and they stuck with it and got me into the exact truck I wanted and gave me a great deal. Couldnt be more satisfied! I will be back!

I had a difficult and complicated warranty service performed on my GMC Canyon Denali. My opinion of service quality is, how does the dealer respond when a problem develops? This dealership gets the highest marks I can offer in that regard. With persistence, determination, and professional communication with GM tech support, my truck’s issues were resolved perfectly. This was my first American truck purchase, and my first from this dealership. From the sales process (thank you Billy and Matt) to service (thank you Jeff), this is one totally satisfied customer. I purchased a used Chevy Traverse from Buick GMC a few years back. The vehicle was an off-lease with one previous owner. When purchasing the vehicle, everything appeared to be in good condition. But, from the moment I had that vehicle it had nothing but problems such as leaking oil and burning oil. When I would go in to service the car (many times) the staff told us the issue was fixed. However, the issue still persisted for countless times. I kept this car for about 2 years and then had to trade it in to a different dealership because of the consistent problems. After this, we purchased a second used vehicle for my daughter from Buick GMC which was a 2011 Ford Escape. Once again, the vehicle appeared to be ok but after purchasing had countless problems such as A/C compressor breaking, serpentine belt breaking, and needed new brakes. When we picked up the car it was not presented in a clean condition and seemed as though the saleswoman was more concerned with making a sale than a happy customer. We are still having issues with the Ford Escape it is safe to say that we will NEVER be purchasing another vehicle from here again. Save yourself the time and money and take your business elsewhere. Very dissatisfied.

Purchased a 1200 mile 2020 Cadillac Escalade for $73k . Come to find out vehicle had prior damaged Watertown GMC did not disclose.I was assured the vehicle was never involved in a accident and the prior owner worked at a car dealership down the road, needed a Truck so traded Escalade in. A week after owning started having problems with rear camera and liftgate . Brought vehicle in for warranty work to another dealership I was then told it was involved in a accident and wont be covered under my Factory warranty. So now I have a 73k vehicle with no warranty to fix my problems! thanks Watertown GMC WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP! See you in Court!

As far as customer service goes they are great! Yet I feel like I was upsold tires that should have been at no cost to me, as GM recognizes they put less than par tires on the vehicle that I lease. My vehicle itself has had numerous mechanical issues. At 4,000 miles my transmission went and has not been right since. I have left my car with GMC a handful of times trying to get it fixed. My park switch went at 19,000 miles and need to be fixed twice. The piece of mind leasing has gone out the window with how many issues Ive had with this car, and mind you an extra $350 of tires I should not have had to purchase. Also having to pay for oil changes is not ideal with a leased vehicle. I have gone in to see what my other options were and it is to lose $10,000 on breaking the lease with a problem car. I went with GMC out of convenience, and this vehicle has been nothing but an inconvenience.Again, the staff is wonderful and listen to my complaints, but the vehicle itself is frustrating.

I visited this Dealership, test drove 2014 GMC SUV talked to my salesperson and his manager. They agreed to hold the car for me to specific date, which mutual agreement, they send me purchase order on Friday 3-31, i sold my current car next day and called to get my loan setup / insurance, and 2 days before our appointment date i received a call that the dealership sold the Car !The market are full of cars no problem But integrity & honesty & accountability on this dealership is below the lowest i ever deal with before in fact its zero stars .

I am always skeptical when my wife tells me she’s looking for a new(used) vehicle. She found a Chevy tahoe on their website and was in first contact with Kyle. She claimed he was super nice and answered any questions openly and honestly. No super pushy sales tactics or haggling. When she came into the dealership they had the tahoe ready to go on a test drive. While they were appraising her trade in she went on a test drive with Aaron Whitlock and my wife couldn’t speak highly enough of him. Again, not pushy, and answered any questions she had, he also went over the vehicle front to back with her. This dealership went out of their way to accommodate us and made us comfortable and confident in purchasing this vehicle. She usually trades in her car every 1-2 years and next time I’ll be sure to come here first when this time comes. Thanks again!!! She loves the Tahoe.

I have been getting my 2008 Sierra 2500 serviced here for over 7 years. Always treated me and my truck well. The time finally came for a new truck. I met with the sales team earlier this month to discuss the value of my 2008 Sierra. They made a very fair offer. Once that was done I worked with Billy and Kyle. Billy is great. He showed me a bunch of Sierras and went on a test drive or two. I finally decided on a gorgeous brand new Sierra 1500 SLT with the all terrain package. Thanks to the great trade in value they gave me I was able to afford this dream ride. Kyle and Billy were able to work with me and got my lease in order. Kyle and Billy went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They followed up in the days after to make sure all was well. Reena at the sales desk is special. Very kind and knowledgeable as well. I would certainly recommend visiting them.

Ive bought 3 cars before so I know the process. This place feels more like a slimy used car dealership than a proper GMC dealer. I was given 2 completely different prices on the same vehicle and was eventually told that I was mistaken- after driving from over an hour away. High-pressure, bait and switch sales tactics and poor inventory priced at a premium. My wife and I came down to look at a specific car and the salesman Kyle kept bringing up other cars and warranty packages rather than discuss a fair deal on the one that we drove in to see. Theres really not much to look at. Seems like hes more desperate to make a sale than listen. I wish we had read some of these other reviews before agreeing to meet with him. It looks like we mightve had a chance with someone else. Run far away from this place.
The entire team was a pleasure to deal with, from the time we leased our vehicle until the time we returned it. Stephen and Kyle, in particular, really went of their way to help us on the logistics of returning our Acadia to the dealership once our lease ended. Even though the dealership is an hour from our home and other dealerships are closer, we will make our next GMC purchase from Watertown given its focus on customer service.
I had bought a used vehicle from the dealership and it had oil loss issues..turned out to be worn rings ..the problem was addressed and corrected by replacing the rings and pistons at no cost to me..The car was still under warranty..and the job only took 2 days...was given a brand new loaner to boot..thank you GMC/Buick of Watertown...

What a great experience! I have been leasing cars for the past 13 years. I can honestly say our 2011 Acadia purchase at Buick GMC of Watertown was probably the best experience we have had. I like to do as much as I can upfront through email. I weed out any dealers that wont negotiate this way first. They were responsive and very open with pricing etc. When we decided to go in for a test drive they brought the car to us in a heated area and went over all the features. We test drove 2 different styles. It was a very comfortable low pressure experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient. When it came down to the deal it could not have gone smoother. This was about the only time they became aggressive and it was in a way any buyer would want. They really cut the price down and even threw in some extra cost savings without even being asked! Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. I have very high expectations when I look to make a major purchase such as this. Buick GMC of Watertown actually exceeded them.
We first visited GMC of Watertown back in 2011 and purchased our first GMC. Throughout the years we have visited other GMC dealerships but always find ourselves back at GMC of Watertown- the sales reps have all been there for some time and it is nice to see familiar faces when you walk in! TJ was awesome with us recently-we werent quite ready to get into a new vehicle in April when we had just stopped in to discuss our options and he patiently waited for us to reach out to him rather than constantly calling us like other dealers do. Wouldnt recommend any other dealer!
