Highly recommend Mavis on arsenal. Always been able to get my vehicles in even on short notice. Customer service has always been great and work done quickly at a good price. I take all 5 of my vehicles there whenever I have an issue.

After going to multiple business to see if anyone could plug my tire (which was losing air quickly due to running over a screw) I pulled into Mavis and within 5 minutes they were able to quickly plug it. Everyone else gave me a 2 hour window, which I didn’t have. Definitely recommend this business and will be a return customer!!

I would recommend to anyone! They’re so quick and efficient! Reasonable pricing and affordable! They did exactly what I wanted and got it done in a day or two! I would definitely come back to this place! Love the workers there too, they’re super nice! And of course they’re availability is awesome! Worked well with my schedule and open on weekends!

I took my vehicle for an inspection yesterday (11/01/2021) failed safety inspection because **apparently** my suspension, brakes and rotors, and wheels were all bad. Found it fishy since I literally just checked everything, I decided to take it somewhere else and I passed with no issues. The inspector needs to get re-evaluated or reinspected himself because hes trash. He costed me 21$. No big deal but dont go here for inspections.

By far most friendliest and honest crew in watertown! They will take any needs and make sure to provide quality service in a timely fashion . There managers are second to none ! They are honest with turn around times and making sure you know what you are being provided ! My family has been customers for years now and I wouldn’t suggest another place for all your tires, brakes, oil changes, and automotive needs .

DO NOT go here if you are not mechanically inclined. I am almost positive they are ripping people off. If I could rate this shop less than one star I would. I came in for tires and an inspection. My father is a DOT mechanic and inspector with a license. He has done all the work on my vehicle. We knew it was good to go. However, in my multiple trips to the shop I was told each time something was wrong with the vehicle that was previously not an issue. I question if they actually damaged my vehicle to try and make a quick buck and just mess with us for standing up for ourselves.

The Mavis on Arsenal at is the only place I take my vehicle to be worked on! The staff there are always polite and let me now exactly what is going on with my vehicles. They make sure I am satisfied with the work they do and feel confident in their ability to fix my vehicles!

They were very nice people. I was only there for about an hour. I haven’t had any problems going to them. They are busy people but they tell you how long you are going to wait before your car gets done which is nice.

Ive been taking all of my vehicles to Mavis for years now and they are wonderful to work with. They communicate well and their goal is to satisfy the customer. I have been to both locations in Watertown, NY and the one here on Arsenal St is by far the best. I have brought both my vehicles here and the work was done right, good time frame, and fair prices. Even on their busy days they find a way to still accommodate for a walk in. I highly recommend you go to Mavis on Arsenal St, do not go to the one on State St.

This was the worse service we have ever gotten we stopped at 11 am for a simple tire replacement thats all we had the rubber just needed the tire put on the rim so they tell us 45 min we say no prob just goin to run to mcd which is right next door we took 5 min came right back amd my wife .came right back notified that we were here amd waiting for the 45 min so they gave us another 45 min wait why we waited again not sure we just needed our tire done but at the end of all this we sat there an hour and a half them knowing that we have been there so long then when we leave I try to photo the Mavis I went to so others done get this terrible service and a worker there attacks us in our car screaming this is Mavis service tell your friends to come back this is Mavis on arsenal st he kept darting towards us acting crazy we were so surprised how unprofessional he was we got a quick video of the guy and the Mavis tire on arsenal st watertown ny all in all I dont recommend them to anyone very bad service

Needed tires fast while on a short trip in town and the guy at Mavis took care of me fast and took extra care to get me what I needed.

I dont do reviews but this Mavis is the best Mavis of all Mavis hands down. I met the store manager, I think hes name is Sonny, hes customer service is on point. Everyone is nice, professional not like other Mavis. Everyone who works at this shop deserves a raise. Keep it up!!

Had a tire asked for a patch plug at this location. Was told they only do plugs by the front desk...pretty sure the staff needs training or are ripping off customers. So I had to leave for a trip and ordered a new tire because plugs alone are not safe they must know this. I ordered the tire to a different location down the road my mistake. Staff was way to busy to go the extra mile for the customer and fetch the tire...even told my wife they don’t do that. I didn’t mind paying extra just give me the option. We visited the state street location they said sure can do. Props to them for helping. Lack of communication,competence, and customer service.

I got here a little after 8 am today needing to fix my rear passenger tire. I have duty at 9am and the rep fixed my tire in 15 minutes!!! If you ever need tires or to fix one, here is your best bet. Staff is very friendly as well!

I had high expectations for this place, but they were far from being met. Not only was I overcharged, but I was lied to about the service that was done. I will not be returning to this establishment and advise anyone else reading this to avoid this place at all costs before they try and scam you.

If youre a fan of both low quality work and getting completely screwed out of your money than look no further! Seriously. Dont come here. It can be a slightly cheaper than elsewhere but it definitely shows though the extreme lack-there-of quality. Not to mention it takes several hours to get a tire changed at this place. Theyll do whatever they can to make sure youve got more problems to take care of in the future.

I had my passenger wheel bearings replaced by another company. I then wanted to have my driver side replaced first they said they couldn’t fit me in today and to drop it off tomorrow morning. Then they call and say they can get me in today they didn’t know who told me They couldn’t fit me in. cost me double then other garage (monro) and mavis they charged me for a wheel alignment. Which I’ve talked to other garages and they all say I should not have needed one as I got one a week ago with the other bearing being replaced with new tires. Sonny I think is the manager and I’ve heard multiple story’s of him always over charging. I think some of these reviews are fake. Only one review they all have and it’s this place. Seems fishy stay away!!

They are amazing. Me and my mom took the car in and they got it fixed quickly and working properly and at a good price. Their mechanic zack was very nice and let us know what was wrong before he fixed it also and Sonny let us know how long it would take and gave an affordable price

Sonny went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire. I called all over town with no success getting an appointment, and within seconds of calling, he offered for me to drop the tire off for him to work on in between clients throughout his day. When I arrived he determined the tire could not be patched, and immediately offered to check stock to see if he had the specific type of tire I needed...he did, and 15 minutes later it was attached on my car and my sweet boys and I were safely on the road again! It’s very rare these days to interact with someone who has such great customer service skills, or even just a good person. Sonny is both, and is greatly appreciated!
