When I called the store the other day I was treated as if I wasnt a customer. I dont care who is standing in front of you in your store, if your talking to a customer on the phone or in the store that next person thats waiting to be waited on waits.. so what was the big rush on hanging up on me and telling me you had to go that you a customer in front of you to take care of. I make 100$ purchases not like Im spending small money here so Id appreciate if I was treated as a customer and nothing less. To be told that I was unable to complete my order and couldnt use my discount coupons I earned due to the impatient employee is absurd. This is the second time this lady has offensively been rude. And than her sarcastic remarks dont help. Otherwise I enjoy the store and its products offered. I just started restoration of boats. So hopefully this wont push me to ordering somewhere else.

Very nice staff who is friendly, place is clean and we found everything we needed there.

Very friendly staff, I was helped greatly here as a first time boat owner. I was allowed to take items in the parking lot to ensure they were correct sizes. The prices are very reasonable with a wide variety of great products. I will be sure to visit again.

Normally I have great experiences here but last week I pulled up 5 minutes before closing, knowing exactly what I needed (spark plugs). The doors were already locked & 3 people turned away.I do like this store & am glad its here so I will continue to support it but it drops from 5 stars to 4; that was the first time it has happened to me.

Every time I come to this store the staff are fabulous! Always helpful, knowledgeable and friendLu. Tonight I arrived to discover they had just closed. I was extremely mad at myself as I had just driven an hour to get there and hadn’t realized they close at 6. I pounced on the lady leaving the store and explained my long trip and she opened back up to let me purchase my paint!! Wow! What great customer service!! 😁 She even took the time to shake the paint for me!

I just bought my first boat and I was very excited to head into West Marine to get everything I needed. The wax I wanted out of stock, the rope color and size I wanted out of stock, bumpers I wanted out of stock, bumper mount had one I needed 2, wanted a GPS you guessed it not in stock, adjustable anchor line clamp in stock at your Burlington location not an item carried in Watertown. I was really excited to stock my boat and hit the water. Now Im heading to a marina 20 minutes away to get what I need. Not sure how a store can be so thin on inventory during peak boating season in our area. Very disappointing. Not likely to go back .

Everything you could need for boating. The store was clean and well organized. The woman working offered to help each customer within minutes of their arrival.

Service excellent, stands behind their product, knowledgable staff, if they dont have an answer theyll get one. For my needs a very complete one stop. If they dont have it they can get it, quickly.

Usually always have what youre looking for. Prices are high.
