A huge selection of party supplies, many themes, a little pricey if you compare them to Walmart, but their selection is so much better ( much larger and way more diverse with many themes ). In addition they also do perform helium inflation of balloons purchased from any where ( for a price on purchased else where) where as Walmarts around here do not.

Was ok but only fill balloons you buy from there. And kinda pricey on there helium. Almost 30 dollars to fill 2 medium size balloons. They are going out of buisness soon.

Purchased some balloons for my daughters birthday the balloons didnt even last through the party and they fell to the floor. Not purchasing balloons there anymore.

My son loves this place, and so do I. It has anything you could think of for a party of any occassion, and if they dont..., they can help you to get it.

Party City in Watertown N.Y. is great!! Yes they may be understaffed at times but lets be honest its HARD to find good/great employees but the ones who are there are AMAZING!!! Go beyond their job to make sure that your visit is pleasant and you get everything you need!!! I see MANY comments on not having certain items and bare shelves but theyd be plenty stocked if people would STOP STEALING FROM HERE among other places!! Party City Keep up the great work and help make every party and event wonderful!!

Again hit or miss! Most of the people here tho are very nice! Very helpful. However you always got this one person that is absolutely miserable and makes it an awkward place go! When I can dodge her my visits are awesome

Nice enough. The balloons only lasted one day. The foil ones I bought from dollar tree lasted 3 weeks.

Lots of supplies, and not just for parties. A little over-priced, but there are products you cant find at other stores. We feel this particular store is understaffed, because theyre always trying to stock when we walk in - empty shelves waiting to be filled from the boxes and cartons all up and down the aisles. But the employees have always been pleasant.

Not enough staff working other then that wasnt too bad.

I didnt really have very long to spend here and will definitely go back. The card selection was very good. Candy is sold by the piece not by the pound so it can be a very expensive way to buy bulk candy.

Extremely upset at the Watertown Party City store. My husband came in this morning wanting two balloons for our daughters birthday and they refused to do it for him after he stood in line for 15-20 minutes because we didn’t order ahead of time... You really don’t have time to blow up two balloons? There was only one other customer in the store at the time he had asked. I specifically have gone in there before and got balloons the same time without ordering ahead. Never again will I recommend party city, where I normally get ALL of my balloons and party supply’s. I will from now on figure something different out and take my business elsewhere.

The staff here sucks. Everyone had an attitude. On top of paying over $40 for balloons you charge me for balloon bags.

I was told I only need to bring in my ballons for blow up order. When I arrived, I walked straight to register and pulled out my item. The cashier asked me 3 times what I was here and tried to ring item up. Then implied I may have stolen the balloon and didnt apologize when I reproduced my reciept from 3 months prior. Makes me not want to spend my money here.
