Most knowledgeable employees I have ever encountered. Pumpkin beer I asked. I was given 1000 percent accuracy. The final choice was. Country Pumpkin. Pumpkin Ale. Ithaca brewing company. Outstanding. This Ale is spot on.

For the size, they have a very good variety of different beer. They dont carry Sullivans, but I havent found anyone around here that does. The staff has always been helpful if people had questions. I recommend this place.

Well-stocked, with a beer lovers fantasy of interesting beverages. A bit pricey, but you can save ten percent off your purchase if you bring in a receipt from Arsenal Liquors upstairs. I love that they have local cheeses and other food items that compliment their beers. Friendly staff.

For a small town, Bottlecaps has a pretty good selection of beer, cider and other drinks of that sort. They have a small walk in humidor with a pretty decent selection of cigars. They also have five different flavors of pipe tobacco available. One really nice feature is they are in the same building as Arsenal Wine and Liquor, and offer a discount if you show your receipt from Arsenal Wine and Liquor.

Cool, eclectic spot. Huge selection of all sorts of beer. The staff at this spot are extremely helpful and you can tell they love their job! High recommend!

Great selection

Excellent selection of beer (both warm and cold), with about 10 on tap for growler fills. This eclectic store also carries brewing equipment, beer paraphernalia, and a fine selection of cigars. The store personnel is friendly and knowledgeable and can answer most any beer related question you have. There is also a related liquor store in the same building (up-stares). So if you need some beverages for that poker game or get-together, stop in at Bottle Caps!!!

This place is incredible!! I was just passing through town and decided to give this unassuming place a chance. I am so happy I did. Honestly one of the best beer selections period!! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plus a huge selection of beer styles and brewers. And by huge I mean more than just a bunch of IPA’s. This place has so much selection of every imaginable style of beer. This place will warrant a special trip in the future.

Great selection of beer! A little expensive, however you dont go there for domestic beer, but for craft and hard to find items. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a good selection of homebrew ingredients as well.

Bottlecaps has one of the biggest and best selections of beer in Watertown, and Ive always had very friendly service. They also have a wide variety of fresh, loose leaf pipe tobacco and a few pipes in stock. Shopping here also gets you a coupon for a discount at the wine and liquor store above it.

Love this place! Good selection, always have 8 beers on tap. The staff are beer geeks and don’t make you feel stupid for asking questions. I pick up a growler of two every time I get a chance. No other store comes close in Watertown. Wish there was a Bottle Caps in New Jersey where I live most of the year.

I was sold beer the was best before November 19th 2014. I bought it December 27th 2015. It just shows you that they dont change out there beer if its old or they buy the old stuff from their distributor.
