I havent been in this place in years. I admit I became a big box bike parts buyer mostly because it was convenient. I forgot what kind of service you get from a small local shop. I will be returning.

Drove to the location to find a pedal to fit my bike.Worker was very rude and overwhelmedCame outside to take a look at it guy says,”the crank threads are stripped” and starts walking inside blowing me offI yelled, ”so do I have to get them re-threaded?He said rudely as he continued to walk inside to work on something else, “no just get a new crank... you’ll figure it out.”Had a local place rethread it for a lot cheaperThe store wasn’t crowded or anything at the time and I understand they have other work to do but why would you just send me away to fix it on my ownIsn’t that what you do?Sell me the part or fix it for meDefinitely not going back

I had them assemble a bike that I bought, they did ok, except the seat twisted and when we got home we could not get it to tighten up. I just wish theyd told me that it was defective before I took it all the way back to Bristol. Other than that they were very personable.

Great shop for not just bicycles but ski service too! Ive had my skis tuned, waxed and sharpened here as well as have had my bindings adjusted to fit an old pair of boots I wanted to wear for an upcoming trip. Small selection of skis, boots and poles for purchase. The owner is very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this local shop!

No one there. Said open - drove all the way down.from Sharon and it was Closed! In market for a new mountain bike. Lost 3000 sale. Called number no answer no machine. Loser. Won’t be back. Another customer sitting outside when I got there. He left too! He’ll be out of business in no time.

I’m giving two stars simply because the owner was very polite and helpful and prompt. But that’s where the review turns negative. I took a Schwinn still boxed to be assembled there. When it was completed the Derailleur system didn’t work. The gentleman pointed this out to me and said he didn’t know what was wrong with it but he thought it was a bad design and told me to ride it. After testing, it was almost impossible to shift on the left-hand handlebar. It would slip from 3 to 1 and never hit two. Later, speaking with my brother-in-law who has lived here 50 years, he told me that 10 Years ago he brought his bike in for a Derailleur problem and the same gentleman was unable to fix it. So I took it to another shop and it was successfully adjusted.I’d give it one star if they weren’t so pleasant and friendly.

Was driving by and my son noticed the shop so we had to stop. Had a nice chat with the owner and my son ended up buying something new for his bike. Loved the tandem in the window.

One of the last local businesses. He knows his business. People get info from him, for free, that Walmart, Dicks or Coscto would never be able to help you you with.

I went here to get a new inner tube and tire for my bike. The man in the shop was friendly, funny, and fixed my wheel in just a couple of minutes! Ill definitely come back again when I need it!
