Quiet, calming and relaxing. I really enjoy the coffee selection and other beverages that are available. The food is nice a small selection but they can make a good snack or small lunch. It has a nice book selection for just about every one.

Tribeca is a very friendly bookstore and coffee shop in downtown Watertown. In addition to lattes, cappuccinos, and the like, they serve a variety of pastries, and almost always have soup on hand. The people and the music are nice, and there is a large seating area upstairs with views of both the shop below and the activity on Main Street outside. Its my favorite place in town to meet my wife for coffee and a light meal.

The food and books and stuff are pretty pricey for what they are: you know....food, books, and stuff, but the atmosphere is nice and the place smells good. They also have gifts for those quirky people in your life. You know, the ones who like useless stuff that has a social or culture reference to it or just likes stuff because it looks cool. When my wife and I went, they had a book she wanted so I took a picture of it and bought the series for her for Christmas. So, thanks book store in small town for giving me and my wife something to do and me some insight into what to get her for the Holidays.

Love this place! Staff is friendly and helpful! I love that you are welcomed with a hello and exit with a thank you. Coffee and book selection are great! My favorite place to do homework! My nieces love coming here and playing games and looking out the big window to watch cars. This is a very family friendly place.

Read the coffee drink list and try not to laugh. Book/gift/coffee/snack/art store. A rather shy downtown location and building facade - easy to overlook. Dont wear your high heeled shoes here - low doorways and wooden floors - this place favors the green Jedi. Flawless Flaming Zebra: could I make one as good?..probably not😚. Will I return?

Hip and trendy atmosphere. You can grab a book and read while you enjoy your coffee. Drink selection, quality, and prices are competitive with bigger franchise coffee shops.

Ive been here many times and I typically receive better attitude at a gas station. I dont enjoy the Hello without looking up and the youre annoying me by coming in attitude. From coming to my table multiple times to tell me I have to buy something per policy (which I did on my way out for myself and my wife after telling her multiple times I would) to giving me attitude for waiting to pay with my phone which is, in fact, possible.I ordered the natural green smoothie this time in - Id suggest something else as the ingredients vary according to the menu.I suggest the other coffee shop in town, if youre lucky enough for them to be open.

This was my first ever visit to Watertown... I was getting some auto work done at a shop near by, and walked over to Tribeca to putter away the 3 hours it was expected to take. Great iced coffee drink, tweaked to my specifications... great selection of boutique-type stuff to browse, from shoulder bags to jewelry to art glass, to wall art, and lots more. Inviting selection of books to browse and enjoy... and I really did linger for 2 and a half hours, with no sense of rush or impatience from the staff. Fun, relaxing afternoon!

Great book store and coffee shop. Love coming in here and will continue to do so for many many years. Also, to everyone complaining about their policy on needing to make a purchase, get over yourselves. Seriously. You dont even have to spend that much, and it supports local businesses by doing so. Its people like you that ruin small businesses and make this town uncomfortable to live in. Respect your local businesses, they deserve it for all they have to go through.

Definitely a most to go to when youre in Watertown. It is a quaint little coffee shop that also doubles as a book store and a place to hangout with friends or for a work meetings.Unfortunately, if youre looking for good coffee, its not that great. If you want a frappe, it will be watered down by the time you drink it. Paying with a card isnt much of an option unless you have over $5. I have found much better coffee shops else where. Also, I have found that the staff to be stand offish. Maybe they are busy or the arent friendly but a coffee shop is a friendly atmosphere. People connect over a cup of joe.

Its an attractive place to stop by, and probably family owned. They have a nice selection of books for look over.I got a coffee and a pre-made wrap. Either the coffee or the cream (probably the latter) were semi-rancid. Kinda gross. The wrap was just ok too.

$3 for an iced coffee from the most incredibly moody teenager imaginable? I use quotations because Im not sure how 2 shots of espresso in a large cup of ice water makes anything other than an ultra weak Americano. When I asked if it was always this weak, I got a snarky remark explaining that that was how they make it rather than any offer to resolve the situation. Shameful customer service and terrible overpriced drinks.

I have been at tribeca cafe before. I decided to take my 2yr old daughter because they have a neat selection of books for kids. I saw that they had games and a little area with childrens books at a table. It appeared very inviting. I was at the table looking at books for less than ten minutes with my daughter. The employee walked up stairs and asked me if I needed anything or if I planned on making a purchase? (By the way my daughter was very well behaved and there were three other people in the cafe) I informed her not at the moment. She then informed me of the policy at Tribeca. She informed me if I was not going to make any purchases I could not stay in the cafe. I informed her I would leave immediately and I will make sure I will let everyone I know about the store policy. On my way out she smiled(as if she enjoyed this and informed me to have a nice day) I was so angry about this. I wrote a letter to the editor of the Watertown Daily Times. They would not publish it. I have no problem supporting local business but when this happens and employees are RUDE and THE POLICY IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY, I have no problems going to chain stores to purchase books. What is even better, there is a big red sign on this place that states SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL. I called my husband to share this wonderful experience. He informed me that a co-worker had a same experiencewith the rudeness of the staff at Tribeca....Funny, I did not even get a chance to make a purchase because I wasnt there long enough to make one. I knew right away where this employee was going with her words. Why would I reply, Why yes I would love to make a purchase here after such an insult. YOUR CAFE SUCKS!
