I broke my laptop screen on a Thursday. I brought it to Michael because he was close to my apartment. He told me he had to order a part and gave me a fair quote. I had the laptop back the following Tuesday, good as new. Figuring in ordering a part, I would have expected to be without the laptop for much longer. Great, fast service, highly recommended.

Michael upgraded my Macbook Air with a very old operating system which was impossible the usual way. He was also able to recover old data from MS Excel that was lost when the system was upgraded. Very knowledgeable, he came through each time I needed rescue. Great service! Highly recommended!
