Berres Brothers has been my favorite coffee for nearly 2 decades now! My entire family used to go and spend a morning there in the front window nook. Now my fiance and I go there and just enjoy the coffee, read books or work on craft projects. I do miss their kitchen offerings; they had amazing sweet potato fries and their dilly salmon wrap was to die for! So glad Berres Brothers survived Covids demolition of local, small businesses!!!

Went to purchase bulk coffee. They have the best anywhere with all sorts of special flavors you cant find in other brands. My personal favorite so far is Banana Nut Bread, but we are trying some new ones so who knows.

Excellent coffee, the best around however I wasnt treated so nice by Berres Bros as I complained by phone that I did not receive my coffee order and I was hung up on by Sandy who is apparently the manager. She abruptly said shed re-ship and simply hung up the phone. She did NOT RE-SHIP, not very nice.

The blueberry and cherry muffins were amazing. The blueberry muffin was still warm. Ive been a fan of Berres Brothers Coffee for quite some time and was excited to be able to visit. I order my coffee online.

Great coffee! Nice touch is being able to look into the production side of the building, through the large windows, and watch the coffee bean roasting process.

Love the smell of the coffee the visit was okay the coffee was great the pastries while flavorful were dry overall i give it a five simply because of the aromatherapy from all the different coffees that they were roasting and people that were grinding and that type of thing not a bad place

We live in Jackson WI and have only had Berres Brothers coffee from the pig. I absolutely love their coffee and decided to add this stop to a weekend trip. So glad I finally got to see the roastery in person and I stocked up on my favorites as well as new flavors I had never seen before. Wish I lived closer because I would stop by every day.

The smells in the store are great and the opportunity to grind your own beans is nice. The specialty drinks on the menu are also plentiful.

Awesome never knew they made so many coffees. Well worth the stop if your in the area. Can get a great cup of fresh coffee too.

I love the various coffee flavors and the ability to pick a different one based on my mood. The cafe is beautiful inside and the service is great. I had a really good time catching up with a friend when we stopped in for coffee a week or so ago. I will definitely come back!

Delightful cafe and retail coffee store. The food is great and the coffee varieties seem endless. Perennial favorite Highlander Grogg features caramel, hazelnut, and butterscotch flavors. A feast for all the senses, but especially the nose!

I love stopping in to get my k-cups! I love being able to change up what I get every couple of weeks. The coffee flavors are wonderful and dont leave me with a stomach ache like other brands do. They brew perfectly in my Keurig machine and they are NOT bitter tasting at all. I have several favorites I always buy, but love trying the different flavors they have to offer. I have also ordered online as well, and my order comes within a day or two from ordering! The cafe is nice and I love ordering from there. Staff is friendly and helpful. I always have a hard time making a choice on on what to order and their suggestions have been wonderful! Love supporting this local company....open a location in J Creek :)

Came here today at 12:30. Ordered an iced white mocha, with no whip cream... obviously that is not what I got. The checker was extremely slow, got my name completely wrong and took 15 minutes to make this.First time here. Wont be back. Ill spend the extra 30 minutes and drive to creek

Great selection and I like that I can grind the beans myself to work the best in my French press. Coarse grind fits us best. Enjoying a cup at one of the tables inside to get some work done is great as well.

BERRES is handicapped accessible both inside and out. The restrooms are also very easy to navigate with wheelchair and clean as a whistle!! This is located near the Walmart in Waterford about 4 miles north of the Johnson Creek Outlet stores and well worth the stop. This is not only a fun place to see how coffee is made but it also has an outlet store with coffee, tea both prepackaged loose and whole beans . You can also purchase green beans here and roast the beans yourself. It features a cafe then has clean food made from scratch large variety from vegetarian/ vegan 2 Meats. The entertainment book has coupons for two for one entrees and 2 for 1 drinks. The entrees posted below are a soup and half sandwich and grilled cheese with bacon tomato pasta salad. You get great value for your money. They have free Wi-Fi and tables that seat up to 6. The restaurant seating also has tears on one side and the booth bench on the other for those of you who have parties that like both of those environments. the staff is very helpful and efficient. If you have a coffee lover that you want to thank or congratulate or say happy birthday to they sell one pot packages labels that say thank you congratulations and happy birthday. For people who are looking for burlap bags they sell them 10 for $5 or a dollar a piece and they are extra large.

Stopped by to have lunch and a latte. My mom, my wife and I enjoyed a very nice lunch and coffee. The grilled sandwiches were very good. The coffee and lattes were delicious. We returned home with a 5# bag of French Carmel Decaf for my wifes home lattes.I wish I had taken a few photos. All in all a very family oriented environment and great food and coffee. We will gladly return.

The coffee here is great. However, after the experience I just had, I cannot give this establishment more than 2 stars. I just waited 30 minutes for an iced coffee, which is unacceptable. I understand that sometimes it is busy, but working quickly to get drinks out would make a huge difference. I am disappointed to say the least.

Finally got to visit our must have coffee place! Was introduced to it by our friends in Oconomowoc a few years back. Were faithful online purchasers from Alabama.. When we finally got to go we were not disappointed... We have so many new favorite flavors!!! I love you can grind your own bags of coffee!! And the customer service was awesome! Not sure the name of the Carmel frozen coffee I had but it was to die for!!! 5 stars everyday from us!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They used to have amazing food... That is no longer the case. They do not serve food anymore. The food was the only reason I had to visit. I wont be back again.

Such a cute place with lots of fun gift ideas! The treats and coffee are delicious! I got hot chocolate and bought some of the homemade marshmallows to add. Looking forward to enjoying their coffee at home since I bought several pods to take with me.

Such yummy food and a great atmosphere. Great coffee and coffee drinks, too. All their sandwiches are amazing. Try the Lavender Lemonade! Their cranberry mustard is a great purchase to take with you, too! There is also a coffee shop as well with coffee, mugs and other coffee related goodies!

Fairly pricey but the food was excellent. I was also able to get the coffee beans I use at home after Woodmans stopped having it in the store. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice looking remodel since I was there last. And just happened to arrive during a 30% off sale. While I filled a basket with choices, the number of decaf choices was about 20% of last year. Many of my favorites were gone. The 5 stars go to the friendly staff and the roasters who dont disappoint the trip up from Kansas to smell the coffee!

Absolutely love Berres Brothers Coffee! Watertown location has a cozy industrial feel and the staff is great. Weve turned many of our friends onto BB coffees.They also help with fundraisers! I love selling an item I enjoy myself.

Coffee is good, though many of the flavors tend to leave an unnatural chemical aftertaste rather than the smoothness of a rich, robust coffee. Many of their food items are prepackaged frozen items that are heated up, not always to the best result. They would do much better in my opinion to run a real kitchen staff and prepare more fresh offerings.

The coffee is wonderful! I buy all my coffee from here. I love all the different flavors they have. They also have great food and the atmosphere is laid back and relaxing.

Best coffee shop around the area . I live in Des plaines, Illinois. but this is a non-missing place for me and my family when we are a my son basketball tournaments at Johnson Creek . The got a variety of beverages, flavor and food. And also they have a small shop where you can buy coffee relate items.

Love their coffee (we live out of state and order online regularly) and i recently also had experience with customer service. Sandi was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue I had without delay. She also followed up later to ensure I received the information i needed. Excellent customer service!

Wow! I fall in love again and again every time I come to Berres. The bulk coffee selection is astounding. Pick a flavor.....yep they have it. Pick a roast.......yep they have that too. The prices are competitive to grocery store prices. If you are ready to take your coffee drinking to the next level and leave the Maxwell House behind you need to make a trip to Berres.The cafe has a great selection of soups, sandwiches and bakery. Always great to take a break after shopping the bulk coffee.

Coffee is outstanding. We ordered 18 bags of highlander grogg and received the box yesterday. Very attractive new packaging, but was shocked that the bags are now 10 ounces vs the older bag of12 ounces and the price did not change. We have been long time mail order customers and are very disappointed.

A good coffee shop

Some people love the coffee here, but I come for the quiet environment. Ive spent many hours doing homework and studying at the corner booth here. The coffees good, but the quiet, relaxing space is better. The downside of a small family business is the hours of operation. They close early every day and are only open for a handful of hours on the weekends. If they would stay open in the evenings, I would visit much more often.

Extremely disappointed that this company has chosen not to have their employees wear masks. Something so small could save so many people’s lives... my favorite coffee shop and I will no longer be going here. Very unfortunate

Very disappointed, since the change in packaging, price for 10oz package is the same as what a pound of bulk cost, $10.98. The price of the same 10oz package is $7.98 @ Walmart, across the street! Now since the pandemic precautions, when I have gone into the store, there ist been any ground breakfast bled. Im sorry to say, I wont be buying coffee here any more

The Best Coffee!

Berres Brothers are just the best. All the Groggs are awesome, but my absolute favorite coffee they make is Packer Perc. The staff are friendly, and the food is good. I wish there was a shop closer to my house!

I love the coffee. I called and called with no answer, and when i got there it took 2 hours to get there.. they were closed after the voicemail said they were open til 5pm.. i was able to get some coffee beans.. but was very disappointed when i called multiple times on my 2 hr drive and they never answered.. poor customer service. :( good coffee though when bought in store at least..

Grew up in Watertown back when the location was on western ave so I got hooked on highlander Grogg’s smell alone at age 10. Wouldn’t have gotten through college without it. Hands down best flavored coffee ever made. Roast of non flavored is not burnt tasting like coffee chains. You won’t be disappointed.

Berres Brothers offers a great variety of coffees, offered in beans, ground, sample packs, and k-cups. I have enjoyed their coffee for a while. First learned of Berres Bros. years ago, as their coffee was served at my place of employment. Many customers claimed that it was great coffee and I agree. Though I prefer a base of 40% Kirkland Signature dark plus 40% Kirkland Signature Decaf, I add 20% freshly ground Berres Bros. to my daily brew. I can switch up flavors and really change things up depending on my mood. Berres Bros. has so many options to choose from, so youre bound to find a flavor (or 20!) that you enjoy. I got a behind the scenes look at Berres Brothers a couple of years ago during a Watertown Food Tour. Speaking of food, there are some amazing items to eat in the cafe! You can buy your coffee beans, grind them right there and grab breakfast or lunch and a drink. My favorite is the smoked salmon salad with mixed greens, capers, croutons, tomato, and their amazing dill dressing. (I seriously need to learn how to make the dressing at home!) The croutons are out if this world as well and the veggies are fresh and clean. I guess Im getting a little off track here so I will finish up. Bottom line: Great cafe, friendly employees, clean atmosphere, good food and most importantly- great coffee! We have sent gift baskets to loved ones for the holidays and they were well loved and offered at an affordable price. Beans up!

Amazing coffee! With an amazing atmosphere. We even got to watch them roast coffee beans while drinking our coffee. Rhey have a large glass half wall that shows their work area.

We have been coming here for nearly 10 years and I have noticed the service has deminished quite a bit with the exception of a few standouts. The coffee is always great, which is why I gave them three stars instead of one. If the services was as good as it was when they changed to there current location I would gladly give five stars. I know every employee cant be a Harold, but they can at least give it a try.
