First off if you want some information on the local military units this place is your resource These two know what they are talking about. The shirts that we had embroidered were great. Nice feel to the shirt and the emblem turned out great. They showed us their operation and how it works. Not at all a huge place, but a great job well done! Thanks.

Bought a set of colors from here because Bradleys way overcharges everyone. Rick gave me a great price and the colors look great. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about regarding customer service. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. They were fast as well - I ordered on a Thursday and the colors were ready by Tuesday. Ill definitely be using then again and encourage military in the area to try them out. Stop overpaying for subpar work close to post, youll thank me.

This Company is extremely professional. They do amazing work. I cant imagine how frustrating it is to work with a government agency, but they were very patient and helpful even through all the delays on our part. They also back their work 100%. Our Guidon set arrived with slight damage and the Whimsical Pig, immediately resolved the situation without causing us to pay more for the repair. The WORST customer service. We highly advise military to steer clear. They will be unapologetically rude and go back on their word as well as withhold your deployment art for months between making the art and then fixing an incorrectly cut mat. Rick was an incredibly nasty individual and he should have no contact with customers, if you want to actually keep them. Everyone else we worked with was pleasant and at least attempted to be helpful despite the fact that they all gave conflicting and contradicting information whenever we called. Its obvious the establishment is struggling financially, which isnt surprising considering how we were treated.

You cannot beat the craftsmanship here. This is by far the best frame shop around.
