I love coming into this place. Theres some hard to find music there. For Gods sake Im listening to a record of a tuba accompanied by tape at the moment. Cant find that anywhere else...

I cant speak highly enough of my recent experience with Paramount Guitars and owner Kenn Fox. He is punctual with every call and follows through on everything he says he will deliver on. If there is any discrepancy chances are he has already looked into it and produced a solution before you are even aware of the issue. That being said, he is such an honest man to do business with that even if you miss something he will keep you in the loop and let you know what needed to be done.Professional, transparent but most important is this is an owner that truly cares about both his customer and their instrument, and that will become evident when you speak with Kenn.
