Lady at register was VERY rude! Asked for a price check and gave a lot of attitude and was very mean every time she spoke! Tried to ignore her terrible comments but Every time she spoke she was awe full! Do not recommend unless you know exactly what your going for.

Need to stock shelves better. They leave empty boxes on the shelves even tho they dont have the products in store. Then when you ask when they are getting more you get nothing but attitude from the workers with no answer.

We go here for all our tools for home projects and the store manager Nicole is very helpful and a very friendly, makes you want to go back.

Plenty of displays, but the last 3 times in out of stock! Wont sell displays even though they have all I needed. Had to go elsewhere.

My Go to tool Shop...i have bought Many a tools and accessories there. One in particular ...i bought a 5 hp motor to replace on my wood splitter after being told at another place that it would be 480.00 I went to harbor for a small hand tool, saw a motor and for 79.00 thought well if it gets me through the season it will be worth it...that was 6 years ago and its Still the Little Engine that Could. Love It.

This is a hard one to rate. Bought a staple gun, put in 7 staples, it broke. Okay, stuff happens. I went to return it and new employee was friendly and helpful. Not so much the woman on the floor who seemed to be front end manager. She was surly, acted put out to help me, gave me wrong directions to find the item, and while I was deciding what to buy, she grabbed one off the hook and literally shoved it at me. I considered getting a refund and purchasing elsewhere, but the new employee was so nice, I did the exchange. The young lady at the register is an asset to the company, the other woman, not so much.

Called in order for 4 subs they said 20 pick up time all the subs were exactly right and on time and very tasty.

This place had great prices and typically everything I need, as long as Im not looking to buy something Im going to use all day everyday and sometimes even if I am. For the price you simply cant get better deals. And the customer service is soooooo good, like after the third person asked if they could help I was like yeah that first guy helped me which he did help me find some hex wrenches to fix my knife he was a great dude but then they kept being so helpful in every single isle smiling and waving and I was thinking these people are kinda weird Im not that pretty of a guy that Id expect people to wanna look at me like that but they did I guess so I was like you know what? I think I could use some tape too. But was also like I feel like this lady with a clipboard is looking at my package or something kinda cool if I could look at this tape without being looked at like a piece of meat so I kinda did a spin move around the pressure washers over by the drills turned twords the back and there that sander was in my way . . Stiffarm that guy like it was a 3 lb hand tool or something and there I was turning down the aisle thinking I would be there with a chance to look at the tape without being objectified by this woman with a clipboard when bam there she was I was like dang woman is good so I just gave up and went to check out with no tape I dont know if Id want my employees doing this if it were my store but that lady had some good d which should be commended stopped me from getting my cheap tape had to go to Walmart to buy the good stuff, looking out for my well being I suppose.

Horrible customer service, was in line for what felt like 30 min after a cashier walked off with 5 people at the register. The manager came along and very rudely told us that she went on her break. With customers still in her line without informing any of the customers to move to a new register. Will not be a returning customer.

Harbor freight is one of the better places to go to get tools that you need right away and the service is great Ive never had a problem with that place

Great place for tools

It is a good store if you are careful about buying. A lot of what they sell never lasts long. Either cheap breakdowns or rusts immediately and becomes useless due to inferior grade metal components. If you shop wisely you can find good buys. If you dont care how long it lasts it can be quite cheap to shop there.

Clean. Polite staff.. Dont take your husband in unless you plan to spend the day at harbor freight. 😂😂

Worst part is that the store cant order their own merchandise. If you go in for something specific and its not in stock, be prepared to wait. They have no control over inventory. Recently been trying to get a wood chipper. Now been more than a month and none in stock. If you go to the website to purchase and have delivered to the store, be ready to pay steep shipping fees.

Your rules about returning something is ridiculous. i had a 4 in 1portable power pack that was never used . it did not work . i did not have receipt so they made me purchase a 1 year replacement so i could get another 1. i buy alot of stuff there and dont appreciate the way return policy is .

I used to love this store but theyre getting ridiculous. You cant use the coupons like you used to. I wanted to buy a miter saw stand and they were out of stock. I wanted to use a 25% off coupon but the manager told me that I could get a rain check for the stand but I wouldnt get the 25% off discount because the sale wouldnt be going on when it came in. Their tools are going up in price. I can get better quality tools at Lowes for the same price. Its a shame.

Check out counter clerks are always rude. Be prepared. Half of the time, they wont give you a bag. Gotta ask for one. The manager is very friendly and has experience with the products. He will give you an honest opinion and any extra help you need.

What can I say but I love harbor freight. One of my favorite places to shop. They have everything for the do it yourselfers out there...and then some.

Well, honestly at the moment I wanna give less than 2 stars. However, it wouldnt be fair to the entire store being as that its one cashier thats unbearable. Everyone Ive ever encountered working here is always fantastic, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and just good at making this location a nice environment. However, Ive gone in multiple times and a cashier here is the worst Ive ever seen. So beyond rude, not ever to me, but Ive been in line and witnessed how she has treated other customers; sickening. Its to the point where if she is working Ill just walk out and not purchase anything. However I do wanna state that the rest of the store staff is incredible. Just unfortunate to see they have someone who is just so unprofessional. I will continue to stop here, however, if she is there and I really need something I will go over to lowes and spend more money. Sometimes value just isnt enough to beat care. End rant.

Great prices on home owner quality tools. You need to do a little research on there products thou, some dont meet expectations, but most of my purchases turned out to be good ones at prices that can be beat or even matched anywhere.

I love yarbor frieght. I wont buy power tools here cause lets face it its harbor frieght, but love all the deals on the hand tools all the time.

The store was exceptionally clean as always and the staff was very friendly with helping me find what I needed. I was in and out in only about 4 minutes.

Love this store with all its coupons and deals for the tools, thats the best part, the worst part is when your at the register and a clerk named Caitlin is in such a hurry to get rid of you as she throws your receipt at you and doesnt care to bag your stuff.
