Very rude and not nice to women and not friendly at all

This parts warehouse does not stand by their products. We bought a part for a Weil-McLain water heater from these guys, and the part turned out to be defective. We spoke to a sales manager in this store and he was unwilling to replace or refund the defective part. He said to go deal with it to Weil-McLain and that this distributor was not going to help us. After compromising our job, I cannot recommend this parts warehouse to anyone who wants professional service.
