This place is never open during its publicly posted hours. My daughter and I have walked to get ice cream three time in two weeks and its never open. Disappointing to say the least.

Much better places to goto in town, their small is equivalent to a baby size as to others shops and the person working barley put on sprinkles on my soft cone and handed it to me lop sided and said you will have to lick from that side 1st and giggled. We will not be back unfortunately. The looks of the stand is very nice though.

Stopped there while on vacation to get our toddlers some ice cream. The place was empty and we couldnt understand why because the owner was friendly and ice cream delicious. They had a cute kids area with toys for our kids to play while we enjoyed our treat. The blackberry cheesecake was spot on and we all loved the birthday cake flavor. If we lived nearby it would be a regular place for us for sure.

Have stopped here a handful of times during their hours posted online and each time we head that way it is closed hours before posted closing time. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered a meduim ice cream with sprinkes and it cost me $3.50. My mom owns her own ice cream store in vermont and i showed her this & her reactions was wow thats the size of my baby ice cream and how come they gave you barely any sprinkes? So with that being said... this place is just unfortunately not a place for me. Overpriced and customer service was not up to par. The woman asked me what i wanted when i came through the door.... and i still needed to walk 30 feet to see the menu.

Tried to go there a handful of times and it seems everytime we have a chance to stop in they are closed. Its 5:25 pm, on a Wednesday, and no one is there. Thought maybe they forgot to turn the sign on but sadly that wasnt the case. So, Sweet Frog it is.

The ice cream was delicious and the establishment was very clean and inviting. Prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. Next time were in town, we will definitely be stopping in.

Horrible!! The owner is disrespectful I have seem him outside of his establishment (Simple Sweets Ice Cream Shop, Watertown NY) recently and the way he treats people in public is unacceptable. I would not recommend going here AT ALL.

Great service and great establishment! We enjoyed icecream there with our two children and there are all kinds of activities inside for them to take part in while enjoying some icecream and great conversation! I got the dark chocolate queen of hearts and It was amazing ! Also suggested was a waffle cone to pair with it and she even filled it with hot fudge! Simply sweets is simply a great place for a family night out or even to enjoy an ice cream outside on their patio!

Seriously good ice cream, and he says he can make every flavor except 2 into a shake. Theres cotton candy, smores, and lots of other good treats.

The co owner of this establishment spit in a librarians face after she had asked him to lower his voice while on the phone. I would not waste my money here.
