Of course there are not a lot of places that you can buy vintage eye wear, but even so this is one of the BEST. Customer service is exceptional, as well as the selection. You wont be disappointed. They also have free shipping and a 20 day return policy if you dont LIKE the glasses for ANY reason. The other thing I love is that they REALLY help you make an educated selection if you dont know what you want. The only thing is that you have to schedule an appointment to go and try on glasses, theyre not a storefront.

Shipping has been very late. Communication is poor. Their email address no longer works. I returned an item on Feb 3rd and they still havent issued a refund (Im writing this on the 19th). I have been a very loyal customer (five frames from them!) but this is just my last go around with them. Please get your act together and Ill be happy to revise this review.

This is not good!!! Had to return a$185. pair of glasses at the first of the year. Waited several weeks for refund. Called over ten times before reaching someone that told me the ownerand her daughter were in the hospital. We waited patiently. we received an email stateing our refund would hopefully be completed that week. After a month we tried to call again.
