I just picked up my 2020 Toyota Tacoma after getting some body work done, after a minor accident. They did a fantastic job. I’m very pleased with the service. They had it done five days before I expected them to. They even vacuumed out my truck, cleaned my mats and detailed the outside of my truck. They communicated with me every step of the way and I was notified a day before pick up that it was expected to be completed early. Top notch work. For my first accident repair they made it very easy and comfortable. Would highly recommend them.

My brand new car was damaged by someone in a parking lot and I was crushed. I contacted my insurance and got my car to Maurice and Sons. My insurance paid them directly so I didnt have to wait on a check and Maurice and Sons gave me a time estimate. Their work is of superior quality and they were spot on with their time estimation. No muss no fuss and they do exactly what they say they will do with care and consideration. I am extremely pleased. Thank you so much for restoring my brand new car to brand new again.

My car was hit and I chose them for their work and their kindness.

They sat on geicos Email for a week, and didnt do anywork on my car because they said geico never got back to them. They even admitted it was there fault they were behind on my car. Geico stopped paying for rental because the car took longer to repair than it should of cause they sat on email for a week with nothing being done. They still wouldnt help in anyway to pay for rental. All i asked was pay 100 of my deductable which is 300. They said absolutly not. This place is trash do not use them go to conrads.

I have been through this shop a number of times and Im always impressed by the cleanliness of the work areas and the state of the art equipment that they have. The staff at Maurice & Sons are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable people Ive spoken with. After seeing some of the repair work theyve done, its apparent that they put in the extra time and effort to make sure the repairs last.

Have had to use body shop a couple of times due to accidents. Each time service was friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Excellent really! In one case I lived over an hour away and still brought my car to them. Honestly, I would not bring it anywhere else! Very Satisfied customer and highly recommended Auto Body Shop.

I brought my vehicle into this business yesterday for a repair to the frame. They kept my vehicle for 8 hours and charged me $160 for the repair. I fully expected the repairs to have been completed to my satisfaction, however, when I inspected my vehicle today it appeared as though NO WORK had been done. The weld to repair the frame in the specific area which I had clearly pointed out at the time I received their printed estimate had not been done. There were no repairs evident upon my careful inspection, especially not to the desired area where I explicitly stated it needed repair to pass for a state inspection sticker.I called the shop and spoke to a young woman whom I had dropped off my vehicle to the day before. She claimed they had worked on my vehicle and that the area was fully repaired, which is not true. In fact, they failed to give me a receipt stating an itemization of the cost and listing the repairs which were done. At the time I picked up my vehicle, an older woman claimed no receipt was possible due to a power failure but there does exist paper and pencils to produce a handwritten receipt...a lack of receipt is due to the fact that the repair was never performed and it renders me unable to request a refund or file a claim in court.Now Im forced to go out and find another establishment that will repair my truck. I have to pay twice for the same repair...Avoid this business, they do not do the work they claim. If you ever happen to unfortunately use them...force them to give you a receipt, printed or handwritten...Dont leave the office without one. and be sure to inspect all work prior to leaving their shop.-A very unsatisfied customer.

Ive been here a few times and was always well treated and had my car repaired quickly and well. Unlike some other places these guys never stole stuff from my car. I trust these guys and will go back if you run into my car.

Not only is the customer service impeccable. The quality of work is outstanding. They have the job done when they say theyre going to have it done. They do a little extra by cleaning and washing your floor mats. I worked with Roy. Roy is patient with the customer. Roy wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied, very easy-going very kind and will work with you in finding the parts needed to fix the vehicle at the best price. I wouldnt go to any other place
