Came in looking for a nice sugar scrub, was shown their variety that they had. I also was told about the great deals that they had going on that day on the new products they just recently got in. I personally like really nice fruity scents and Allison was so helpful and friendly to all the questions I had and was very attentive in the things I liked and were looking for. Left with more than what I was looking for, but with the great deals and wonderful things I found I couldn’t resist. Such wonderful customer service!!😊

I love bath and body works, and usually go to the one in Auburn but I’ve been to the one in Waterville a few times, went there with two wallflower plug-ins that had stopped working one of them was less than two months old and the other one was definitely less than a year, purchased with a gift card that I got for my birthday in March. She wouldn’t even entertain the return wouldn’t even answer me when I asked if they took returns, ( I know they do) and then when I went and grabbed two new wallflowers and asked her if these were of equal or lesser value she said they couldn’t do a return. And to be honest had quite an attitude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there

Popped in to get a gift for my wife and was thoroughly impressed with the service and their attention to health safety measures. All employees wore PPE, the service counter and credit card terminal were sanitized between each customer. There was even someone wiping down all the products on display that customers had handled. I wish I could feel as safe in every store. Hats off!

The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. They are consistent with other locations as far as inventory and selection go.

I just have to say how impressed I am with #bathandbodyworks Works in #Waterville #Maine.Being #gendernonconforming #nonbinary #trans I have been wanting to smell as feminine, Fabulous and unique as I feel.The staff at the Waterville location yesterday and today were above and beyond amazing. I explained how I wanted to step away from masculine scents and want to step into the scents that were more fluid and feminine and would compliment me being Nonconforming. The staff went out of there way to give me ideas on scents and even called me by my preferred name after explaining what I am about.I highly recommend this amazing team of beautiful individuals who are so welcoming to the Trans and Nonconforming and Nonbinary community. They not only treated me with respect, made me feel valid, and seen but they also gladly exchanged products I made a mistake on getting extra on then helped me choose replacementsNow I smell just as I feel! It was amazing, I found things my mother would want for her birthday.

I worked for two weeks at this store at the Elm Plaza in Waterville and they are saying that I will not be paid for another two weeks. When I told them I would protest in front of the store, for my pay, I was fired and the police were told that Im no trespass there. Bath and Body Works is a deadbeat ripoff.
