Matt and I believe her name was Amy, helped me order everything for mine and my husbands new construction home! Amy helped me set up my Pro Account and was very nice in helping me figure out why my number was not working. She fixed it instantly. Matt was very personable and funny. It was not at all awkward to sit with him to ensure I had the correct products in my order. He was able to get me a better deal on the products as well as give me information about certain fans/lighting fixtures. He did everything fairly quickly too so as to get my order placed! I would definitely recommend going to the Pro Desk for help! Thank you Matt!!!

If I could give Home Depot a negative star rating thats what it would be the only reason you go here is if you want to waste an hour to an hour and a half customer service is poor pro desk poor after you ask five or six Associates where something is the seventh one may actually take you to it
