Starbucks I went to your Waterville, ME store today and they could not have been more rude. My drink was so wrong and their concern over it was awful. I ordered a drink and a banana loaf and it was completely wrong. Whats worse is it is the only Starbucks in my area so its not like I can go to another store. Im stuck with these rude and lack of concern over customer experience people. I generally dont get to have Starbucks as it is usually a treat for me. Totally ruined and I cant go back to try again. I was so looking forward to my Creme Brule latte and what a disappointment it was. Thanks for nothing!

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes only for it to be closed at 2:30pm when Google Maps says its open til 4:30pm. Augusta Starbucks is way better than the Waterville one. Theyre open when they say they are.

Good service. They Run out of items too often. Most times I go they are out of specific items. They need more space to keep their products.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable. The place was clean. The food was delicious.

Quite annoyed. I came in at 2:25. Mom tried to go in 1 minute later. They refused to let her in. Said closed. So I tried to get out of the place. They had us locked in. What a fire hazard. Super rude. Def won’t go back. Dude def need a new profession maybe cleaning floors at night with no customer contact.

Waterville Location is THE WORST! Whether the line is short or long (like always) they are going to get your drink wrong. Every weekend is the same story. Sucks when it’s the only one within 25 miles. I don’t know if a it’s a management problem or more, but I have never had half of the issues; messed up coffees, LONG LINES, mobile pay is pointless to use. I love about 20 minutes away, order when I leave my house, get there and still wait 10 minutes. I am all about customer service, and this place is severely lacking that, as well as multiple others areas.

I ordered an iced white mocha with extra caramel, when the lady handed to me I asked of it was extra caramel because I could see is was not. She said yep, and walked away. A man named zach took the time to walk over, saw my drink and asked me if I would like more caramel. Yes please, NO PROBLEM! Now thats customer service!! Great guy

This is the place you go when you are fancy in Maine. The girl with purple hair didnt have what I wanted due to the scam-demic and even though I left empty handed I have to give it 4 stars because it isnt Dunkin Dumbnuts

I always order the same drink the same way but for some reason, either mine got mixed up with a different order or something went wrong - I never get flavoring and this had some awful hazelnut taste and even with 2 extra espresso shots it was very weak and watery. Im sure this is just a one-time thing because every other time I have come here it has been great.

Started closing early but couldnt be bothered to update their Google hours why are they closing at 4:00 p.m. when Google says they close at 8:00 p.m.? super annoying

Staff are one of the reasons to go!! They are quick and so friendly. It is ALWAYS busy so plan to order ahead or have a short wait!

First time visiting this Starbucks location in Waterville, Maine. It has a drive-thru, had some cars lined up there so, we went inside to order. This place was clean & friendly, busy and upbeat. All of the employees there were literally cranking out the orders, steadily, and they were all pleasant, meanwhile. Cant ask for much more than that. I will definitely return again.We ordered a Hot Matcha Latte(green tea) and an Iced Matcha Latte-both great. Thats the latest beverage of choice, the usual is a Latte or Macciato or even the Pink drink.

Today Starbucks was inundated with customers. There was a line of cars so deep it was out of the parking lot and into the street. I went inside to place my order and the line was also extensive. Committed to caffeine infusion, I remained, placed my order. The barristers were cordial and provided excellent service. I was impressed by the online application, which I noted that many customers entered, picked up their order, while I waited. This streamlined process is proven to work on this day.Three cheers to the barristers who worked nonstop, please show them your appreciation for excellent service with a gratuity, they deserve it. 🙂

This Starbucks has gone downhill . When you pull up to the speaker they don’t greet you say let you wait in silence…. Service is awful, very sad to see this.

Go into this location on a regular basis... Most of the staff seem to have a good attitude despite always being busy. but i have noticed Jen seems to always have an attitude and is rude to many other customers including myself and always seems to be giving other staff members dirty looks,. I have noticed she rolls her eyes a lot at them and she just seems like they are always making her life more difficult. Awful that one person with a poor attitude changes the experience for everyone that visits.

Very slow. Went inside bc of drive thru line, and there were 3 employees in there, and only 1 person making drinks. Took about 20 min to get my drink, and I was the only person inside.

The constant changing of operating hours is ridiculous…. Today 8-28-21 they show they’re open at 0600 large line waiting but dark inside the building… This is a poor way to operate a business.

Line is so long but the baristas act like they just got there, full of energy and ready to serve .

I got a strawberry lemonade icai refresher and a lady messed up on my drink and they were really sweet and remade my drink for me without any hesitation!

They really do work hard at a pretty thankless job! VERY noisy and busy environment and they seem to always have a smile. Im afraid we did have a Karen moment yesterday, however. My wife pulled her mask down just a bit to say something to the barista and she said, Oh, maam would you please put your mask back on so it covers your nose and mouth. Im hard of hearing so didnt hear it (thankfully) because my response wouldve been, Relax, Karen, she just wanted to make sure you heard her.

I love this staff! I’m not one to leave a lot of reviews but Betsy is amazing! She is always working so hard and focused! I walk in and she hands me my mobile order! The other morning I was a little bothered as I came through the drive through and the customer in front of me was handed their order and the barista continued to talk with them for quite a while as their is a line. I pulled up to the window, Betsy looked over and saw me and grabbed my coffee and past the barista at the window. She’s always on top of it and definitely has customer service etiquette!! Makes me want to come back every morning!

Employees are friendly. Theres rarely consistency with any of the drinks in any location which is minorly irksome, but they are definitely better than most of the local to the area coffee shops Ive tried so far.

Corporate please employ more people here during peak. Im sure you can see the numbers and how busy this place is. The girls are all working hard but they cant keep up. 15 min so far and still waiting for my one macchiato.

It would have been excellent with customers social distancing and employees all wearing masks except 2 customers were without masks and an employee coming off duty leaning on the counter directly over a stack of fresh cups carrying on a loud conversation with no mask. The efforts of everyone else become useless.

I dont care for the coffee here, I find it to strong, or too bitter, and I dont care for the fact that some employees standing around and doing nothing, when clearly the place is packed with people, and only one employ working the counter. And Im sorry but its such a tiny coffe house, I couldnt find a seat that was quite enough, having a small area for customer seating isnt what I was hoping hoping for, I like my space, felt like sitting in a tiny placeIf the dinning area was much larger then I might give a higher rating

Driving through on my way home to Missouri and the customer service was amazing, really nice guy in drive through! So I got a iced caramel macchiato with soy in it because I am lactose intolerant. Tasted great but after a bit I could tell there was real milk in it and not the soy I ordered. My stomach is hurting so much now. Just keep in mind why people order what they order!!

I don’t like to write reviews but lately I seem to be running into more rude people than kind people. So it was nice to have a good experience today. Stopped here on drive through Maine, I was exhausted an stumbled on my words on my order. Although I had already had a coffee at 5 AM. I need another one to keep going on my drive. The lady behind the counter was so kind and personable. I told her I was picking up my dad to try to get him back in time to see my grandfather before he passed away. When I grabbed my drink thee was a sweet note on my cup😊

Surprisingly fast service every time, also good quality every time Ive been so far. The employees have always been friendly. The iced green tea is my ultimate favorite, with honey, and stevia. Compared to other items on the menu, its priced decently as well.

I had an experience that has been bothering me that I just can’t hold in anymore! I went here I would say a few weeks ago and saw what looked to be the manager there scolding one of the employees in front of everyone!! How unprofessional I felt so badly for this employee they looked like they were on the verge of tears!! I will NOT be coming here again because I do NOT support employees being treated like that by their manager! So unprofessional! I was truly disgusted and I wish I had said something right then and there and I would have if I was not in a rush that day!

This place has been definitely struggling lately. I went through drive thru this morning and it took approximately 25-30 minutes for 5 cars ahead of me. It seems like every time I go it is a longer wait.

Not only is Starbucks gross they cant make a simple coffee and the simple fact they dont support the veterans who fought for the very rights they have and for that I wont ever support any Starbucks ever even if all other coffee options were to not exist anymore.

Starbucks is quite expensive but i like to come here when i need backup internet as my home satellite system is terrible. The store is always clean and staff are very friendly. Nice to sit outside on a warm summers day and still have an internet connection.

Very good assortment of new flavors....different Milk choices..

The customer service was poor, as well as the quality of the hot coffee. The lid wasn’t on all the way, so when I brought the cup across my lap, it spilled, burning my leg. The cup was messy, overfilled, and I wasn’t impressed.
