Havent shopped there all that much. I dont game very much. They do have an excellent selection of collectibles and really know the stuff when it comes to inventory and upcoming releases. Extremely polite, had everything I was looking for and even alerted me to specials I was unaware of. Plan on doing a lot more shopping there so when they offered the pro membership I bought it...the discounts and special days will more than make up for the cost. Very impressed with my experience.

Good place to buy games and gift cards for video game online stores. Such as steam, playstation, ect.

The staff is super knowledgeable and they have a great selection. I don’t like the corporate requirements that force the staff to push add-ons like game informer and pre-orders. If anyone in management is reading this STOP REQUIRING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO MAKE EVERY TRANSACTION UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THESE SALES TACTICS.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They are absolutely amazing when it comes to helping me pick out new games or even novelty items.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. One person on cash helping a lady as she tries to trade in 100 Wii games. The other lady working does nothing but price checks. I wait in line for 40 minutes listening to them talk video games. When its my turn she checks to see if they even have the game I want, she tells me they dont. Why do you even have the game on the shelf.

This location is dying. Which is too bad, but makes sense in the current environment. Lets hope it evolves.

Horrible service. We waited for the opening at noontime. We were the second people in line. A third person entered and we were told to move because that person apparently had a bill ro pay. Dust on a lot of products as well. Would definitely not recommend.

Their workers here are very educated in the items they sell. They also dont just stand around talking to each other. They will ask you within minutes of entering store if they can help.

Had to bring back two xbox one controllers because of default and got the third one, all buttons work but the headphone Jack. Now its past the 7 day period. I thought I should have a controller that worked by this time.

I per order a game and they said it came out 4/3/17 and i go pick it up and they tell me sorry we wont have it till 4/24/17, ok wow time to get your facts straight, worse place ever, if u say youll have it and someone pays up front for it you should favor that promise

They forgot to put the games I bought in the cases and called me back to the store after we had left, made me wait about 20 minutes for some reason, then handed me my games and said I was all set. I asked for something for customer satisfaction for the hassle such as a 10% off coupon and they said they couldnt do it... Needless to say, I left the store a little upset and wont be going back.
