Employees are pretty rude. They act like they own UPS. Also, you need to update them on how Amazon works. If Amazon tells consumer to Just bring to local UPS store and they will scan it case closed. You dont need to purchase a box.
Customer service is amazing. Even with a crowd, they acknowledge those in line. They are wicked proud of what they do and go the extra mile to get things done quick and right the first time. They set the bar high.

I have a PO Box here and am in this store almost every day. I am astonished that there are negative reviews. I have literally been to the store hundreds of times and found it almost always a positive experience. Yes, it can be very busy at times and there can be a line too. Some of the transactions can be complicated, returning packages for example. However, I have only seen the staff being polite and doing their best for customers, including me, when things dont go as we had hoped.
Ive always had a positive experience here and it is quick in and out. Convenient location in Waterville and friendly service.
I always get very good customer service and I feel like the employees here go over and above when they dont have to. Ive been using this location for mail for a few years now and will continue to because of how they treat people.

I have never had a worse experience shipping something out. Had nothing but issues from the start. We were sending out a laptop to be worked on out of state. Decided after we left we needed to add additional insurance in case something was to happen. They said we needed to come back in to process that request, which we did. We also paid for a return shipping label and got a different tracking number. Well once the laptop was ready to be shipped back we found out that the return shipping label was nowhere in or on the packaging. After several phone calls and a visit back to the store, multiple employees advised us that we must be mistaken and the label cannot be reprinted. Very rude and condescending. I asked for a manager to call me. The same women called me and I can hear the manager in the background telling her what to say. Finally days later they finally agreed to email the shipping label only to the recipient. The store called me to advise the package was at the store to be picked up yesterday. My brother went today to pick up the package and was told they don’t keep packages there and he would need to go to the hub. I walked in seconds later and explained that I got a call to pick it up at the store. She rudely said I’m the only one who would’ve called and I would never say that. She asked for my name again and then decided she did remember calling me and the package was right on the counter! Unbelievably ridiculous customer service! If I could give negative stars I would. Do not go here!

The man working today Jan. 7, 2020 at app. 2pm was rude and lazy. I had a very heavy package, weighing 100#. I am a woman in my 50s, and received no assistance in lifting the box from moving cart on to the counter scale. The man got snippy with me as the box wouldnt correctly balance and I was told by him that I should have sent the box freight, as it was close to the cut off weight for ground. Upon payment, I was not thanked nor wished well for the day.
I have used this office quite a lot, seeing packages to Europe and California. I recently trusted them to pack and ship an extremely expensive camera that i had sold on e-bay. They did a great job and the package arrived in just two days, the buyer was very impressed.
Probably will never go here again and avoid this place like the plague. The place is dirty, customer service is very poor! I paid for insurance the highest amount available for the item shipped plus return shipping they forgot to pack the return shipping label. We literally had to correspond several days to straighten out the situation. Then on top of all this we received a phone call that the package had arrived so we went to pick it up, we sent my brother in law in, ( the item we shipped was his) without looking or asking a few more questions she told him she had no package there for him, my wife and I went in and she tried pulling the same stunt with us however miraculously she found our package sitting less than 10 away from her.
I ship frequently for my business and the ladies there are always helpful and pleasant.

Do not use UPS they deliver damaged products and do nothing when you call to complain even though it was insured.

Trying to get help with a package being held at the store at my request, It was sent back the same day it was recieved. The store associate was rude and would not even attempt to help me with figuring out why this happened, but rather directed me to the 1800 number for help.
I paid extra for over night delivery and today when I was waiting for my package all day they said they couldnt deliver the package because there wasnt a suit number when Its all 1 building there isnt a suit number so now I have to wait a extra day for my package and they are not reimbursing me for the money I paid for over night delivery
Terrible customer service. A name was not given to me by the representative I contacted. She was very rude to me over the phone and she redirected me to the general UPS number to answer my question.
Beware they charge $1 just to tape a box.
The drivers really need to stop being so lazy and recording their lack of deliveries as an address issue.... I paid for 2 day shipping and now my package is delayed because of a supposed address correction that needed to be made..... more like it got to be too late and the driver didnt want to finish delivering all of his packages..... will be using the USPS in the future!
