I always get a Hello when i walk in n thats nice to know that, that employee acknowledges you as a person. They always have the right Birdseed my Dad needs for his many birds.1 thing i recently bought a Oriole feeder for Dad for Fathers Day, the Orioles refuse to eat out of it, its got the correct food they would rather eat outa the much smaller Hummingbird feeder. 2 different flavors Orioles love Oranges 🍊 i dont understand 🤷‍♀️

Ive been getting my little dogs food there since 2017 and I accidentally grabbed 2 bags for large breed instead of small breed and I didnt realize it until the next day. I was able to exchange the bags without a receipt and the staff was so kind, understanding, proficient and they didnt give me a hard time like other businesses will if you dont have a receipt. All staff that I saw had a smile and greeting for each person that came in. That means a lot in todays world with so many people not being kind or caring. Im a loyal customer for life!

Me and my husband would like to thank you all for going above and beyond today for us when we broke down in your parking lot not only did you help us with cleaning up your parking lot but your hospitality btw was awesome meeting the kitty and we even tried to give them a little something something and they would not take it once again thank you !!!!!

Staff is so helpful! One staff member carried two 40# bags of birdseed to my car from the back of the store as I walked up to the front counter to pay. Another staff member helped me find an item I missed when looking on my own. Staff really know their store and inventory.

My husband and very inquisitive 6 yr.old grandson got our propane tanks refilled. The gentleman refilling the tanks patiently answered why he weighs the tanks, why the gas coming out makes noise, etc., etc. He was so nice and happy to answer all his questions! Great learning experience for our grandson. Thank you. All the staff are terrific, every single time we shop without exception.

Whatever happened to May I help you find something?I had to run into this store for a silicone sealant, and was obviously struggling to find the right isle and product for my project. All three cashiers stayed at the front gabbing.Very disappointed.

This place is always friendly and willing to help you find what you need. I go to them for general around the home repairs, projects, gardening supplies, and boating equipment. Whatever it is you need for your project, they can help. I also like to stop in if i need to replace a screw or nut. They have multiple trays to find just the size you need without buying a box of them. Dont forget to say HI to the store cat if you spot him.

A younger male employee had absolutely no customer service skills. There are a lot of different places in Waterville to buy the same hardware supplies. I would recommend going elsewhere.

It is nice to find a store that the employees are right there to help you find the items you need. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable, and can help you find just what you need. The prices are reasonable, and with their sales, they are even better.

Im fairly new to the area and I live closer to this store then Home Depot. The staff was right there to help. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends. I will go back there for whatever I need.

Always very pleasant CS (Customer Service) here. Found the best cat grass here for my kittys fussy tummy. Grows excellent!!!Also good cardinal bird seed for the Cardinal couple that have been coming to my house since my hubby passed away. Boy, that male is a talker !! If what friends say about Cardinals representing loved ones passed on, this one could qualify. LOLThank you again to the gentleman who gave me the hint on the much safer way to exit the parking area, which may be a deterrent to some people stopping in.(Cutting through the fenced area than taking a left, which brings you right to the road for First Park - take a left and you are at the lights. Much safer than playing chicken on the other side, especially in winter). Sorry for the long post.

Friendly, helpful, considerate. Limited products because of the small footprint, but I will always try to shop here first.

I stop by here regularly to pick up feed and supplies for my flock of chickens. I also get canning supplies here, as well as some hardware. Great store. Always friendly and helpful.

When you walk into the Waterville hardstore there is no pressure salesperson. However if you need assistance on finding the right item for your project the friendly staff are knowledgeable and are quick to help you. You will find a great assortment of items to help you get the job done.
