Great people to talk to. I even showed up 5 minutes after the had closed and they got me what I needed and kept a conversation going for 20 minutes. This is why I prefer to shop locally rather than corporations. Highly recommend

They had exactly what I was looking for

Called looking for a switch for a friends saw mill, gave them a part number and found they can apparently only look up parts according to application because when I gave a basic part number they asked what it went to and when I told them if they had to look it up by application I would hang up the associates response was well then hang up. Great customer service not

Bought a brand new dryer and it stopped working 2 days later. They couldnt fix it and said I was out of luck and I had to call the 1 800 # for whirlpool and deal with it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its too bad because I was trying to support a local business.
