Great place to live. very clean and quiet. My neighbors are polite and respectful. Their maintenace team works very hard at addressing and correcting any issues.

My husband & I went on a wknd to see what countryside had to offer as they have a yellow sign on the tree that says new homes starting at 49,000. The office was closed so we decided to drive in and take a look around and see what was for sale. Country side is a farce! There are residents growing marijuana in the windows that are the size of trees,there are homes falling apart, plastic on the roofs, blankets and sheets used as curtains, smh. Where are the new homes?!? Theres nothing pretty at this park. Anyway, my husband and I will not be buying from double eagle-country side park, theres a reputable mobile home manufacturer dealer a few miles down the road

I have friends that live there. Theyre good, hard working people who mind their business and maintain theyre home but going to that park to visit is horrible! Double eagle does nothing but lie to all these people in that park, giving all these renters/owners false hope. If you drive past, a lot of these homes, they look dilapidated and should be removed from that park. My friends that lives there are surrounded by pigs and slobs! Whatever happen to taking pride and respect in and around your home! As for some of the people that live there, the outside of your home is a representation of how it will look on the inside. So if your place looks like a disaster hit it from the outside, imagine what the inside looks like!?!? You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! The park really needs to step up to the plate and start holding the tenants accountable, I cant imagine why anybody would want to live there unless there forced to due to uncontrollable circumstances, smdh

This is my door yard on Victoria Dtr. Two years since a tree fell and damage my Yard and trailer. Then they dumped dirt and left it here going on four months and as it thaws it turns to mud. Called the office they said they send maintenance out on 3/25/21.. No surprise a no show. I could give you nightmares with what I have dealt with in the last two years.

Nothing like having these guys start construction at 6:00am when they are supposed to wait until 8:00am. Woke up my entire family. Good job guys. Well done. Hope your mother is proud of you.

Very poor service they are support to take care of the tree keep them trimmed my mom asked them 2 yrs ago and every few mths in between still havnt trimmed them cost 175$ to get the pine sap off her car...how hard is it to trim trees shes 75yrs old she cant but they are support to...the other day at 730am the were dragging some big metal thing from the back of a car just not a very good park to rent or buy from best of luck if you do...wish she didnt in the process of selling and getting her out and in a better place asap

This company is not a good company. They refused to fix their sewer pipe in the ground and it keeps freezing backing up sewage into my home. When I called the property manager Ashley she told me its not my problem and hung up on me. I contacted DEP because they disconnected my pipes and let sewage spill all over the ground under my home for 5days in a row. And refused to hire a plumber to come fix their messed up sewer line. If I could give them 0 stars I would worst company Ive had to deal with in a long time. Ashly has poor customer service skills. I have 3 daughters who were unable to poop in our home because they refused to fix the problem. This is not okay.

Don’t try and rent from these people they tried to sell a Moblie home on Celtics and we had it inspected it had a lot of water damage they covered up with paint mold broken windows furnace haven’t been inspected for many years .
