Whalen saves you money! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and while there, they checked my brake fluid and suggested replacing it. Thought it was a bit soon, but I do a lot of local driving so Im sure it needed it. Later my brother explained that brake fluid is hydrophilic (attracts water) and that can make it cloudy and rusty in appearance. So while it was $80 I wouldnt necessarily have spent, I know that clean/fresh fluids extend the life of moving parts and saves me money in the long run! Brought my 2005 Hyundai Tucson in for some lock work and a dashboard light that my regular place couldnt figure out after many attempts. They repaired some minor stuff, some major stuff and discovered an after market LED brake light that was reeking havoc on my electrical system. It took a couple visits in short succession but they got to the bottom of it.Whalens will be my new regular place. Also, its easy to get to, the waiting room is clean-has books!, the staff is friendly, and you can request an appointment on their website.

Having been with W.A. for nine years Ive always found their work to be superior, their prices fair and their detailed explanations both informative and they justify the work and price they recommend.W.A. has saved me money by keeping our car and truck in top running condition allowing us to keep our vehicles for over 100K (my 2004 Silverado), 200k (our 1989 Honda Accord) and 300k (my 1969 Chev panel truck) miles respectively. Never mind my original issue of my exhaust that was another 400$ this place is ridiculous in price and there rude my parts were not that much at all at Autozone and Napa mind you this is my first time at this place which was the first thing he asked me over the phone so then after I say I’d call him back and let him no he decided he was being yelled at which was a complete lie at no point did I even raise my voice let alone yell we had a whole conversation about my car on the same call there’s was no complaints about me being loud before he had a issue givin me the break down of how much each part cost huffy and puffin over the phone then told me to come in if I wanted to no the break down when he new I was working. Mind you he was the one yelling over the phone I became immediately worried about my car being damage more. you see reviews about him being so nice that’s a lie maybe he’s nice to people he no his friends the ones that are ok being ripped off but he is not a good guy at all. Accusing someone of yellin because your not satisfied with my choice treating a new customer like they don’t matter People are just not good people these days everybody wants to take advantage instead of being honest and pleasant. what a huge mistake I made going off the good reviews for this place.
