This place is awful. Has gone completely down hill since it was changed from rite aid. Go in last night to pick up a script and the extremely rude person behind the pharmacy counter was a joke. I walk up to the counter she says nothing and continues to play with her cell phone and cell phone case for no lie over a minute and half without even acknowledging me. Then I give her the name and she rudely says wait wait. Besides her saying phone number she did not speak another word. She has no business dealing with customers. Simply rude and unprofessional. Were do i begin . first.of all the masks if you going to.wear mask.were it the correct.wayOne cashier had the mask under her chin.Long wait for prescriptions. My one precription was misfiled and the pharmacist not only not have her name tag on she said the name of prescription loundly so.everyone could hear.So.much.for.my privacy. It took.them at least20.mins to.a.half hour.to.locate my scriptWas told.just.misfiled no apology.offered.

They are incredibly rude every time me or my wife go in. They always have their information wrong, one would think if you are there in person and no one else is there that you would be taken care of first? No they tell you to come back, and complain loud enough for everyone to hear. It’s so unprofessional, I will be gathering names and writing a letter for sure. Since their own manager is rude and useless as well. Should not be judged or treated differently based on what medications you’re on.

Ive been using this Pharmacy well over 15ryrs. I have noticed for the last couple weeks or so after calling in my prescription it takes two to three days to be filled. I went inside and noticed that there seems to be a brand new Pharmacist.

This older woman that works at the pharmacy is extremely rude for no reason. Maybe not work where you have to interact with people if you cant handle it... smh

Worst customer service. They ignore you whether you drive up to the pharmacy or you go in. It seems like your bothering them.

Sadly, hardly any staff wear masks or have them below their chin, which is quite appalling for a pharmacy when Delta is raging.

Worst customer service. Store Manager is a joke. Ordered 2 photo books for my sons baptism on 5/25. These items are same day pickup. Called end of day 5/25 to check if order was complete. Was told they were still working on it.Finally received a confirmation email 5/27 that the items were ready for pickup. Show up to store and am told items are not ready. They dont have the supplies.Store Manager offers no solution. Refuses to assist in issue or offer a solution, like trying to call another store. Then refuses to provide his managers contact information.Avoid this store and avoid Kahlil the Store Manager. If you want anything done go to another location!

40 minute hold time for pharmacy and counting

The cashier took 130 from me was supposed to up load it on my card she only added 105 when I went back for my money they said the register was counted for and when I asked to look at the camera they told me no

Store *and* pharmacy are both closed, for reasons unknown. The pharmacy has at least 4 people working behind the counter that I can see from the drive-through. Nobody answering the phone and nobody answers the call button.No sign posted anywhere about being closed.This is New York; if you cant handle snow, you might want to consider going somewhere else...or at least put up a sign!

GREAT STAFF!! I love going to Rite Aid in Watervliet, NY. The Rite Aid Staff is phenomenal. Both the Pats, Sheena, Jessica, Meg, Jeremy, and Candice. I love the when I walk in I am always greeted, all of the associates I named really make this Rite Aid stand out from any other Rite Aid and any other store. The way they all communicate with the customers in different ways to achieve the same goal is amazing. Its like their not even working, their just talking to a friendly face and some times people really need that. Candice always assisting with any and all hair products, Meg and Sheena with just about anything in the store. Jessica with the perfume sales, rite aid card deals and Jeremy always making customers laugh. Its not just with me.. I see the way these Rite Aid employees interact with a lot of the customers, I assume there are a lot of repeats because they know their names. Its like a communities store, everyone knows or will know everyone and when I see the way the Rite Aid associates interact with other customers or patiently listen to someone vent about prescription prices, it makes me happy. I return every time for that over any product or deal. I love this Rite Aid.

Pharmacy is horrible...they dont call and tell you when drugs are on back order..they wait for you to show up...tell you to come back in a few days...finally come back...drug is still on back order meanwhile when they check their system cars are building up behind you in what could be resolved by a phone call. Best part is that each time Rite Aid would text to say the script had been filled and to come on in...they did offer to call other places but in the end it would appear that they didnt transfer the information right making it so even the other pharmacy cant fill the script.

The employees have a really poor and unfriendly attitude towards customers.

The pharmacy has gone down hill since it changed to Walgreens. It takes forever for your prescriptions to be processed and filled and when you go to pick up your prescription there is always a line and a wait.

Worst staff. As soon as I walk in I get glares and mean looks. They are rude when cashing me out as well. I try to avoid this store honestly.

I was able to get my flu shot and shingles shot here. I feel as though I get helpful advice from the pharmacist.

They are very rude there pharmacy is very close to my house that is the only reason I still going there I dont know if the manager is supervise those those rude employee especially the the pharmacy side. this girl was rude with me when I when to to get my prescription and she scream at me because i tell her she can try put the insurance again to cover my medication. I was very sick when there and was pregnant.

Most of the pharmacists are rude with the exception of 1 or 2 early shift....went there to pick up a prescription for toothpaste and gave me attitude saying you dont have anything here, called them over the phone an hour later, they didnt state their name but gave me an attitude over the phone. Strongly suggest you pick a pharmacy close by thats not them unless you dont have a problem with attitude. Asked other friends after I went there and they said theyre terrible as well. Theyve rejected prescriptions without notice to the patient and some other stuff. Staff should all get evaluated.
