Poor customer service they do not have the patient to answer question to senior citizens. As customer service representative they have the obligation to help their clients even if they are not buying a new phone or open new service.

This place is usually really great. The people there are nice and I’m always being helped. However I went in there recently to get only get a new phone replacement and the lady who helped me which has always been really nice told me I qualified for a free phone line. I told her I didn’t need another phone line and she some convinced me to get it and cancel it the first month because it’s free. The following month I was charged $15 for this “free line “ and they told me that the line is actually not free and payment of $15was needed. I was extremely irritated because I ended up paying an extra $15 for something I didn’t even want. This place is usually great but be Careful when they tell you something is free because it may not actually be.

Excellent service here!! I went to go check out a new phone and I believe her name was Reyna (I’m really bad at remembering names) helped me out. She talked very professionally and assisted me the best way possible such as best plans and payments and was very informative about the phones and all of the ladies were very nice and made sure that you were noticed. Definitely love this spot here!

Better service than the other Metro location, activated all my phones whereas in the other Metro location was told it wasnt possible. Great service in this location.
