Called and left a message with the person answering the phone and they never returned my call. I needed my tractor repaired and the service person did not call me back. Could be he never got the message but either way...Also, when I go in the store they are generally very helpful. Hence the 3 stars

I got the tractor and one week later I needed both a simple part and replacement of an auger bit that was never used. The sales person would not get back to me. I called the parts department and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes until they got hold of the sales person. Their support is horrible.
