Horrible customer service experience. I still can no believe how I was treated. I attempted to make two appointments. Both time the Repairman did not show up. However the documentation reflects no one was at my home the first time and dogs prevent Repairman from coming to my home the second time. I am not a pet owner!!! We were home both days waiting for Repairman. We did not receive a call that Repairman would not come or Repairman having difficulty getting to house. In addition the female answering the phone during business hours was rude. She yelled at me. It is obvious new customers are not wanted by this company.
