Paula was amazing! She went above and beyond to make everything beautiful for my wedding last weekend. My bouquet was stunning, the boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces were all done well and beautiful. Our flower display on the arch was also stunning and she incorporated a set of antlers at my request. No details were spared and it shows. Highly recommend!

Paula (owner) did all of the flowers for my wedding and she did a 12/10 job! Everything was absolutely gorgeous and perfect. All of our bouquets were so beautiful and really stood out. The boutiniers and arrangements in church were also exactly what I was looking for. She arranged the reception venue exactly how we discussed and it was absolutely stunning. She is very reasonably priced and worth every penny, not to mention a very sweet person to work with. She deserves all of the praise for an outstanding job! I will be referring her to all of my friends.

This is the second consecutive year i’ve ordered mother’s day flowers from here. Great experience both times. This year, they even accommodated a delivery date change when i called the Friday before mothers day (moved date from Sun to Sat). Flowers are always beautiful and delivery is seamless. Very clean and very welcoming from the minute you walk in, the ladies are very helpful amd have beautiful flower arrangements!

My wife and I were looking for a flower shop to make boutonnieres, corsages, and my wifes wedding bouquet. They made the most beautiful arrangements and the flowers were exactly what we wanted. They delivered the flowers on time at no extra charge too! The shop itself is pretty small, but dont be fooled. The workers know exactly what theyre doing. We were told what flowers were in season at the time of our wedding, how to properly care for the flowers throughout the day, and best of all, their price for everything was hundreds of dollars less than the other shops we visited. They made 3 of the most beautiful flower arrangements i have ever seen for my mothers funeral. my husband and i picked the flowers from pictures and ill tell you.....they turned out absolutely stunning. my siblings each took one home with them to have as a memory. couldnt bear to leave them at the grave site. they did an amazing job and did a few extras for us that were greatly appreciated!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!!

Went looking for a highschool turnabout corsage. We were able to send the owner a picture of what my son wanted, and it turned out better than what hed originally wanted. I am beyond pleased with P.S Flowers & Balloons. After having bad experiences in the past ordering flowers online I specifically decided to order flowers for a friend’s birthday from a local business. Not only were the flowers beautiful and exactly what I ordered, they were hand delivered on time. What blows my mind even more is how they went above and beyond. I ordered the flowers to be delivered to my friends home and I was really worried that they would be left outside in the icky rain. Someone else ordered flowers from the same shop for the same person but to their work address. The shop was smart enough to realize both orders were for the same person and delivered them together. Just want to give a shout out to PS Flowers in Wauconda. They did the flowers for my daughters wedding today and we were more than happy with the bouquets, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. They were beautiful and there were lots of compliments. It really does pay to shop our local merchants!

Originally I had an issue with what was delivered, but I was able to communicate with them and they rectified the situation quickly. Based upon that and the fact that they definitely replaced the original arrangement with something that was beautiful, I definitely would do business with them again and can recommend them as a great florist.

Love the picture of the actual flower arrangement in the delivery box just before it was delivered for me. Highly recommend!!

Paula at PS Flowers & Balloons made up the most beautiful centerpieces for my future daughter-in-laws bridal shower and I couldnt have been more pleased. Terrible arrangement sent to my daughter and son in law to congratulate them on their new baby. I ordered through Soukal Florist in Chicago...have used them for years. When my daughter sent me a photo of the arrangement, to thank me, I was very embarrassed. I ordered on line, and since same-day delivery was still an option, I chose it. If you couldnt have put together a decent arrangement, which didnt even come close to looking like the photo I chose on line, you could have at least called and suggested that I wait until the following day...maybe you would have had a better selection? I fully understand that substitutions may need to be made, but this looked like something that was thrown together with leftovers you werent going to use. I complained to Soukal and they took no responsibility, only to tell me that they arranged to use a different florist in the Wauconda area next time. Well, there wont be a next time as far as Im concerned. This was definitely not worth the $72 that I paid.

Paula and her team did a great job on my sister and brother-in-laws 30th Anniversary arrangement. My sister sent us a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful!
