If you need a new phone, an upgrade, to switch phones, or anything I highly recommend you go see Arturo in Wauconda, hes the best!! First, I verified with boost customer service that I could upgrade to a specific phone and keep my plan. So I went to the Mchenry store and the man said I could not do that. After about 15 minutes of arguing that I had already spoke to customer service, he told me that he was on the phone with customer service himself and that I had to change my plan, and if I didnt then he couldnt sell me ANY phone. I went to Wauconda, told Arturo what phone I wanted, and he had that new phone activated, everything switched from my old phone, and ready to go within 10 minutes and I kept my plan. Great customer service!

Completely painless phone purchasing experience. Sometimes getting a new phone takes for what seems like ever. Not this time. In and out and completely satisfied. I actually dont need a nap after this experience.

Went on my lunch break at 11:00 on a Wednesday to the Mundelein location. Hours posted are 10:00 - 7:00 M-F.Arrived at 11:02. Store was closed.

We came 20 min after they opened and no one was there
