Very friendly and helpful workers. I love their chocolates, turtles, and hot cocoa. They grow their own cocoa beans to make their chocolate for their homemade candies. Made in the USA. Highly recommend shopping here.

We visited their location in Hilo and were so excited that they had a location in Illinois only an hour away from us! The chocolate is DELICIOUS and its more natural. Meaning theres not a huge list of ingredients that youre not sure what they are. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had one of the most delicious cold beverages Ive had in my life and Ive been craving since we got home from our visit to Hilo 2 years ago. The frozen hot chocolate. It didnt disappoint. Highly recommend to all chocolate fans! ❤

I have loved Puna since the day I met them at the Chocolate Festival in Long Grove. A friend of mine and I went here for a ganache and truffle making class and I am blown away by how awesome the staff is at Puna. They really know their stuff and I have never had a bad experience with them or their products. If you havent been here yet, you need to visit!!!!! 10/10 from me!

Wonderful little chocolate store! Great staff and delicious chocolate. Love the different selection of chocolate flavors. Its nice they have samples of their chocolate as well. They do offer truffle making classes too.

Do not buy online.I tried to buy my girlfriend candy. Order was created without issues. Two days later the USPS label was finally created. Its now been four days since my order and USPS has still not received anything from them. And its going half a mile down the street. Im rather annoyed

Yuuuum! They have a deal so you can get 5 half bars for $20 which means you can try out a bunch of their flavors and all the ones we got are so good! Theres nothing like high quality chocolate! Were going to take their Truffle making class soon and we are stoked!

This was my first experience with sustainably raised, locally processed and finished artisanal chocolate. I have not tried all of the items, but I am teaching myself to enjoy unsweetened raw chocolate nibs, and 90% chocolate. This was a great experience.
