Stale cone and ice in the ice cream, the kind occurs when ice cream has melted a bit and then been re-frozen also known as freezer burn. Disappointing.

Very rude employees. You can tellthey were not happy when we askfor ice cream, never asked forwhat topping I wanted for mybrownie sundae and when we paid the lady said, are you planning to stay in the lobby? Because we close the lobby at 9pm and you need to leave. It was a very unpleasant experience. We were with a little girl eating her ice cream and we had to leave before she was done. Very bad costumer service.

Great staff, excellent donuts and the coffee is better then starbucks
